Hi. First time going to this branch and wasn’t happy about the customer service I received. I went in to open a high school checking account for my 13 year old and I was told no bankers were available on that day. I was told to return the next day and I did. I walked in at 440 pm and then was told they will be closing at 5 pm and could not take care of me today. I thought as long as I arrived before 5pm, I would get someone to take care of me. I will not be returning to this chase location.

I have been going to this location for a very long time. Before it was even Chase. Washington Mutual and Great Western. Yes, a long time. I have always found their staff to be very friendly and courteous. I recently was helped by Tiffany Tejada on a couple of occasions. She is a relationship banker. She was awesome!! Very friendly and went the extra mile to help out with getting some things off my banking to do list. I highly recommend this location and Tiffany!!Thanks again!!

I came across this branch after a long and tiring process... I had been to 3 other branches and wasn't able to speak with anybody in regards to an account.. as soon as I walked into the Winter Springs branch... I was immediately greeted and assisted by Luciano and he was AMAZING!!! He helped me and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.. an amazing experience after a crazy situation for the win!!!! Thank you so much! Go check them out!!

Worst service assistant vice president is a joke. Couldn't give me a straight answer 3 times in a row. Tying to explain to me why they can't clear business check that put in all the time.told me he hates checks and that I shouldn't use them.Me and my whole family are closing our accounts and moving to a safer and hopefully more honest bank..Absolutely ridiculous

Easy access to the atm and got the cash needed. This location is on the edge of a shopping center so it's great that one can quickly access the drive through and get out if that's all you need - which was my case.

They never answer the phone. Worst bank I've ever done business with. Also they're charging me $80 for 100 checks! Most other banks don't do this

Absolutely ridiculous customer service!!! I had a cashiers check to deposit, and the old lady wanted to call and verify if??? In front of other clients? All this for not even a $300 deposit with no cash back, while I have two seasoned accounts in a good standing???? And Finally fix your ATM!
