Be sure you know about cars when you purchase here. Gone are the days of honest business and folks who care about how others are affected. A single mother of young boys with a 1 income household was mislead and then disrespected when she called to explain her nightmare. She was stranded on the side of the road, 3 weeks after purchasing a car- cash! So much for supporting small businesses, and here we are. Yes she purchased as is, and? The power of reviews and social media. A simple apology or some empathy for what she experienced might have went a long way. Instead she was met with shouting and told “I don’t like how this conversation is going” narcissist much?! Seeing most of the taking was coming from the other end of the phone. Niccce! It’s disgusting to hear the way he spoke to a woman, a single mother! Shame on you!!

Unfortunately I've had a terrible experience with this dealer. In March of this year I purchased a car from them for $4834. The original price was around $5000. After looking at the car, I asked for the carfax so that I could see the maintenance history etc. They told me that they didn't have it and would have to buy it, but that if I was really interested in the car they would do it. I said yes and a few minutes later they came back and showed me the carfax on their phone. While browsing through it, I made sure to look at the VIN number. When I went back out to the car, I saw the VIN number was different and brought it to their attention. They got flustered and then showed me the correct carfax. It had been in two accidents - one was major - and was purchased at an auction. Because of that I was able to ask for them to take $200-$300 off the price. While test driving the car, I did notice a little vibration. I assumed it was normal for the car - my mistake. They agreed it drove beautifully. I ended up purchasing the car that day AS IS. On the way home, my check engine light came on. I didn't get it checked immediately and ended up getting stuck on the side of the road. Turns out it was the rear catalytic converter - total repairs cost me about $1900.After recovering from that expense, I had it checked out for the vibration. Long story short, that will cost about $1700 to fix. Which I don't have. I am a single mother with two small children and one income. So in the meanwhile, the car is driveable but unsafe. It does need another repair too that will be between $200-$300. So at this point, since I've bought the car in March I am having to put $4000 worth of work into it with problems that it had when I bought it.The reason I am writing this review is because of the response from the dealer. I get it, I purchased the car as is. They are under no obligation to help me in any way. I took a risk - my choice, lesson learned. I did decide to call the dealer to explain the situation to see if they were willing to help in any way. I thought it was at least worth a try. As soon as he realized what I was calling about, he got really nasty and began yelling over me. I couldn't even get a word in. At first he tried to put the blame on the mechanics saying they were taking advantage of me. I told him that I got multiple opinions and it was a trusted mechanic. He told me that the cars are inspected when they buy them and that it's not their fault if their mechanic doesn't catch something. Then he began to get loud and wouldn't even let me finish explaining what was going on. If you know me, you know that I am very quiet and non confrontational. But at this point, I got really upset and began shaking because of how he was speaking to me. I couldn't even get a word in. He continued to cut me off and said he didn't like this conversation or what I was trying to do. So then I told him that I would come to social media to tell people what happened. Not once did he ever apologize or show any type of sympathy or understanding. All of this to say, just be careful. Hopefully my experience can help someone else from making the same mistake. Like I said above, lesson learned. It's my fault for the situation I am in now and I take full responsibility. I feel that I was taken advantage of.

My sister bought a car here that ended up with major problems. She took it to a mechanic that told her it was unsafe to drive. She had to spend 3600 more to fix it. When she called the dealership to see if they could help in any way, they were extremely rude and yelled at her. He wouldn't even let her talk.

Had a guy named Matt Jones who works here harass me on Facebook marketplace about a car I was interested in. didn’t even give me an hour to think about the offer, saying don’t waste his time and I couldn’t even afford the vehicle if he gave it to me for free. I have the screen shots to prove it. No one should be pressured into making a decision with harassment that’s not professional.

Absolutely positive experience. Matt was incredible and extremely fair on pricing. My son who is 16 years old saved all his money to buy this car himself and it was such a positive experience for him. The car was in fabulous shape. The whole process was super quick and Matt took care of everything. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle or recommend this guy to family and friends. We have purchased many cars in the past but this was by far the best experience.

As stressful as buying a vehicle can be, Treasure Coast Carfinders made it very easy. They took their time with me and reviewed all the features of the cars and did not make me feel rushed. It was also a great convenience to not have to go the the DMV as they do everything to register your car and transfer the tag from my old vehicle right there on site. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely look at this company before I go anywhere else. Thank you Treasure Coast Carfinders for an exceptional experience!

I was truly blessed by coming to Treasure Coast Carfinders. The entire staff was kind, professional and made sure I was in a vehicle that was exactly how it was posted. The Jones brothers exemplified Christ from start to finish of a stressful process and made it easy. This location is a one stop shop, no need to travel to the DMV, everything is right here. Great awesome to work with this company. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience. Was a pleasure doing business with these gentlemen. It was easy, comfortable, and they let us take our time inspecting the vehicle. The mercedes we bought had one owner and a clean car fax backround and complete maintenence record book from original mercedes dealership. Would absolutely do business with them again. They even followed up with us a few days after the sale to make sure we were happy.
