Hey Bank of America will you be paying our rent? Or late rent fees? Do you have somewhere for us to live if our landlord evicts us? We deposited $1500 into an atm, your machine deposited $1000 and didn’t return $500. NOT $100, $500!!!!! Now you are saying it can take TEN DAYS to MAYBE get us our money back?! MAYBE?!?!?!?!?

The worst BOA I have ever been to. Waiting in the reception area we were ignored while a couple who came in after us were greeted and informed of the waiting time. Next I was informed that the person who would be helping with my wire transfer did not have access for that service.(Why was I placed with her if you knew that before hand). Waiting another 15 minutes for the next agent, and she also was unable to complete my wire transfer because the account information was incorrect, or so I thought. After wasting time there, I drove 20 minutes to another location and was able to complete the transaction without issue. ( using the same information). Complete incompetence .Trust me don't waste your time, just go somewhere else. Horrible.

for weeks they have just one teller but 3 greeters, while they have a line of ppl waiting for service - worry about servicing your customers instead of fishing for new ones!

For God sakes can you guys update this location. 1 ATM and no drive thru ATM like it's 2023 you guys are still rocking the same design from 30 years ago.

We have always had excellent service at this location. We do find it best to make an appointment to avoid waiting extra time.

WORST BOA IN SEMINOLE COUNTY. THIS BANKING INSTITUTION REALLY ISN'T A "PEOPLE FRIENDLY" COMPANY. IT'S A "BUSINESS FRIENDLY" COMPANY AND OF YOU'RE NOT DOING BIG BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY COULD REALLY CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL BANKING NEEDS. DO YOU HOMEWORK. BOA IS HORRIBLE;

I don't speak much English and it's the only place I go because they don't bother to talk to me in Spanish or I have to wait hours for someone to help me since almost all of them are very professional Hispanics. Thank you Saybelle for the help every time I go!
