Very disappointed with the customer service from Winter Park Florist. Ordered Flowers and Chocolates to be delivered on Feb 14th to my partner, called their number on Feb 14 and spoke with a call center service rep and they said they would look into the order number and get back to me. Never received a response. The flowers were delivered late on Feb 15 without the chocolates, I called again and spoke to the manager/owner (apparently) of the shop, they forgot to send the chocolates so they had to send someone back out to deliver the chocolates. I understand that there is a surge in orders and limited bandwidth to satisfy customers, I get that. But what amazes me is that even with all the delays and issues, and me requesting to get a refund, the owner said they can send someone back out to take the flowers and chocolate back (the owner quoted "we do not give out free flowers") which is ironic because they have time to send people back out to pick up flowers but can not optimize their time to send product to customers on promised delivery dates. Ultimately, the owner said they can give me a discount. Received the discount which was less than 15%. Although, I received (in my opinion an unfair discount for all the issues on THEIR end), the poor experience boils down to 1) Delayed delivery after promising a specified date 2) Forgetting to send all items purchased, and 3) An argumentative owner that appears to ignore the customer experience. I will not purchase flowers from here again (this is sad because the flowers are quite beautiful), and proactively voice my experience with many others in the winter park area.

I placed an order on Feb 9th for a Valentines day delivery. Come Feb 14th I was home all day awaiting delivery and when 6pm came around I was starting to wonder why they haven't shown up yet. I call Winter Park Florist to see is I could get an ETA but instead got a pre-recorder message stating they were closed for Memorial Day(That was a while ago)... I understand this is an incredibly busy time for florists but that's why I placed my order a week ahead to avoid a late delivery. I called again 2 hours later at 8pm to try to cancel because this was way to late in the day for a delivery and got the same message again. I was able to get in touch with Bloom Nation who said they would attempt and call me back with a cancelation but they didn't call me back until this morning Feb 15th at 9am. I asked for a full refund and to please cancel the order. Valentines day has passed and I already look like a jerk for having nothing on Valentines day for my Wife. Shortly after the call at 10:30am the flowers showed up a day late. I asked the delivery person why they showed up but he claimed to not speak English so I couldn't communicate my issue with him. He refused to take them back even when I said I no longer want them. Shortly after I received another call from Bloom Nation to confirm delivery and I explained this whole situation to them. They reached out to Winter Park Florist to ask for a refund on my behalf and were told all they we're willing to do was offer a discount on my next purchase! Who in their right mind would ever go through this again... Absolutely terrible experience.

Gorgeous flowers - my husband loved them. Ordered a few days before Valentine’s and they were right on time. I plan on using them again the next time I need an arrangement.

Winter Park Florist came to my rescue when the company I had booked ran out of helium within a couple of hours of my daughter's baby shower. I called several balloon providers as soon as I found out, and nobody answered their phone...except for Winter Park Florist. I told them I needed $200.00 worth of balloons and flowers delivered and our table decorated within a couple of hours, and Haley with Winter Parker Florist simply said, "No problem!" She explained she was a little short of pink balloons, but she or someone would go out and get them! I also told her I wanted our table decorated where my daughter would know which table was her's when she walked into the restaurant, and she absolutely did!Winter Park Florist did is a superb job decorating the table and saving the day! Thank you so very much, Haley, and whoever else was involved in this effort!

I called with a floral question, and the woman on the phone partially answered the question and then hung up on me. Not the customer service I was looking for. I'll try another florist.
