“This is our first move in 25 years and we had a horrible experience with that one. We didn't want to repeat that situation. So we asked friends for recommendations and Big Man Movers was highly recommended. I was impressed with the entire process. When I called for an estimate, we were able to set up a video chat so the estimator could see the items and quote them accordingly. Upon receipt of the estimate, I was also able to make additions and adjustments online which was promptly followed up with an updated quote. I did receive a quote from a competitor for less money but I didn't have the confidence in that company since I never spoke to anyone and only input the items online myself. Big Man Movers was very personable from the start. Upon arrival each individual introduced themselves to me and assured me that our belongings would be well cared for. When it came time to place the items in our new home, they took the time to make sure each item was placed to my liking. Not a single item was damaged or even slightly scratched! I felt very comfortable having the movers in my home. I have already recommended them to my family and they too had a great experience. We will definitely recommend Big Man Movers to others.”
