We purchased a new iPhone 14 plus for my wife, and I must say it was one of the easiest phone purchases we've ever made. Ray was a super salesperson (no pressure). He explained everything we needed to know. He was professional. very knowledgeable and a friendly person. I would highly recommend visiting this store for all your cell phone needs.

Do not buy a phone from them they will SCAM YOU!! Went in on February 18, 2023 because my phone was hanging up on people when I was on speaker. Sales person put in a new Sims card done with my phone. Tries of course to get me to upgrade my phone and I will never upgrade my phone with Verizon because I have had them scam me in the past. But my 20 year old daughter wanted to update her phone. We have a quote from the sales guy named Ray R. We specifically asked this person, at least five or 10 times that there was gonna be no additional fees to this phone with this promotion that he was offering. And he told us that amount of times that there was gonna be no additional fees on our bill except a one time $35 fee, which would be on the next billing. So guess what we get the bill and they're charging me the full $1100 for the phone. Call Verizon and they told me that I need to go in store and talk with the person. Walk in the store and might be a coincidence but the sales guy that we dealt with walked in the back so I dealt with somebody else at first. Once I started talking how he scammed us, he came out and started talking and I told him he was full of shit. Well, once the word shit came out of my mouth they both told me that we don't have to talk to you anymore. You can leave the store. Why because you know that I'm right! The sales agent Ray R proceeded to tell me that I wasn't listening that day And that he has nothing to lose. REALLY because I'm pretty sure you Ray make commission off of that sale. I am pretty sure I was listening since I've been through this with Verizon in the past with myself and I was not gonna let my daughter get in the same situation and I'm a 50 year old woman, so I'm pretty sure that I was listening to everything that you had to say young man!! And you said multiple times that we would not have to pay anything outside of the $35 fee on the first bill. I have the bill you can see in parentheses where they credited the $1100. Needless to say, I was not very pleasant to them after they accuse d me of not listening . AND YOU CAN BET AFTER 17 + years you can thank Ray that you Verizon just lost a great customer with the lack of scamming and rude customer service!!

Ray Remos, Store Manager at Verizon in Winter Haven provides Customer Service that is "Top-Notch". He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, reassuring and helpful and so polite. He made sure that we were completely happy with our new purchase. He explained everything in detail and assured us that if we have any additional questions, he would be happy to further assist us. We did not feel rushed even though Ray had customers waiting. He gave us his full attention for which we are thankful. Thank you Verizon for employees like Ray Ramos. In today's rushed environment, it is reassuring meeting a star Employee like Ray that will take the time to help his customers with a smile and reassuring voice.

I have not had great experiences with other Verizon stores in the past, so didn't really have high hopes for this store, but I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service! I needed to upgrade my iPhone and Ray was great about answering my questions and getting me through the process quickly. Highly recommend this store, and Ray specifically. Quick, easy, efficient, friendly - pretty much everything you could ask for.
