I lived at this place from January 3rd, 2006 till October 29th, 2010 while I worked for Publix and while not in the best shape, Its in a good spot and nice view of the lake. Also the rent was reasonable, I just had to move when Publix laid me off.

Repairs were made and extermination, very nice place to stay. Very quiet and great view of the Lake. I personally had no problems with my apartment.
