I needed a new phone and went to my local metro. The employee was friendly but when I asked if the accessories were extra or came with the phone, she said they were NOT extra. I had several other places to go. When I got home I checked the receipt to look at the smart pay contract and noticed I was charged $30 for a rubber case, $25 for a wall charger, and $30 dollars for a screen protector!!!!! $85 extra dollars. I tried to return the phone case and wall charger and I was told no. I order my own cases and I already have a charger. I wasn't asking to refund the protector because I knew it couldn't be reused. I will never go to this store again! I only purchased a phone because my current phone is old and in its last leg. I'm so upset. $85 is alot for me. She also added $10 to my monthly bill by adding "premium bundle" that I did not ask for. Luckily I was able to remove that through the app. I'm very disappointed.

Great store but staff doesn't have any knowledge about phones and what are compatible with the phone, but other then that the staff are great

The worse place, I got there early to change to this company when they open they totally ignored me because they had a inspection and the store was super dirty. I left to a better metro store

This place was awesome I don't remember the names but it was a tall black dude and a short Hispanic lady this Saturday. They got me in and out quickly and got us a good deal. Would recommend

Very rude , refuse to give my information. Create my pin without my knowledge.. impatience workers . No diversity whatsoever. They don’t have workers who speaks another language to translate for customers who speaks Spanish.

Stephanie Ramos is AMAZING. She did an outstanding job helping me get a new phone and switching all my information. She spent as long as I needed teaching me how to use it also. I recommend this place and for everyone to see her.
