Rented a Ford fusion for a two week trip and my experience was great. The staff was excellent. Pick up and return was under 15 minutes hassle free. If you need a car this is the spot to go.

The Tesla is an amazing car , and the customer service in Winter Haven was excellent. If I have to rent again, and being in this area, I have no doubts where to go, Hertz. I recommend it.

The people there are so friendly and helpful. I won't rent from any other location but this business. And I'm spreading the word of their professionalism and choice of vehicles and how simple they made the renting process, unlike other places I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend this rental agency!!
