Today, February 21, 2023, I went to the FedEx office located inside the Walgreens to bring an item that I had to deliver for a refund and there was a blonde lady with a very bad character, serving customers poorly, she looked angry and when my turn she put tape on the label of my package in a very bad way, she practically threw it away, it was as if she didn't care what she was doing, it was a super bad experience, I felt mistreated by her

Our neighbor in FL received a small package and asked if we could mail it to him in OH. He gave us his FedEx acct info so we looked up FedEx locations and this was our closest one. Unfortunately when we got there and rang the bell a few times for someone to help we were told they couldn't mail this small package using the FedEx info provided to us. They only mail things that are dropped off. What the heck???? We proceeded to go to the UPS Store around the corner and got 5 star ***** Customer service and the package is in the mail. THANKS UPS.
