Bottom Line Tax Service has completed my taxes since 2010. The level of service is above what anyone can imagine. Chris and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable about the IRS tax code. There has not been a time when I emailed Chris with a question she did not know the answer. I am an attorney and I STILL get intimidated with completing my taxes. Chris explains EVERYTHING. Most importantly, she IS ALWAYS striving to learn more and become more knowledgeable with changes to the tax code AND how it affects my bottom line (no pun intended). I would recommend BOTTOM LINE TAX SERVICE to anyone who wants a trustwothy, reliable and knowledgeable person and/business about the IRS tax code.

100% recommend! They saved the day this year with all the confusing new tax rules. I called the day before the due date and Caroline helped me set up my extension request right over the phone!! She really made me feel better by helping me so quickly!! She also made me an appointment for the following week with Christine, who helped me file my taxes and answered all my questions. She even got me more money than I was able to get trying to do them on my own with an app. Everyone at this company is so professional and friendly and really do a great job. Give them a call when you need tax help for sure!!!

The Bottom Line Tax Service team are fantastic! They are professional, responsive and honest. I especially love that I am able to use their remote service to do my taxes. Definitely I recommended them.

As a business owner, I know how important it is to have my books in order and to have someone prepare my taxes that understands my business and can give me prompt, straightforward, and easily digestible instructions on what I need to do in order to maximize my tax savings. Originally I came in and spoke with Liz, dropped off my documents and was told who ever gets assigned will call me. That was March 5th. By March 11th I called in the afternoon around 2 to see who was assigned and to let them know I was going out of town and wouldnt be reachable until March 16th. During this call I was told I was assigned to Ed and then told he was out of the office and they would let him know. I called March 19th and asked to speak with Ed as again I never received any call from anyone. I was told he was busy and would call me back. Late that afternoon Ed called me back to tell me he didn't have my documents and couldn't find my case. He said he would put me on hold to see if I was assigned to Edwin. I sat on hold for a few then the girl at the front desk comes back on and says we'll You've been assigned to Edwin and he is out of the office. So I'll leave him a message that you called. At this point I'm annoyed. I was told this company had over 20+ years of experience but yet no one can seem to figure out what to do. I told the girl at the front desk to gather my documents and I would just take them else where, she then proceeded to say "we'll I'll have to see if they are in the office", to which I said "well if they aren't there where would they be?!" She then said "oh. Uh i don't know." I ended the call by saying I will be there shortly to pick them up. When I got there I was told to have a seat. A woman I've never met then walks past me to another office to then argue loudly with someone on her cell phone about the location of my documents. A few moments later she comes out hands me my stuff and says "this is normally how we handle this" and walks off. I thought this place was going to be great, based on the reviews of others but this was the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. Definitely not recommended!! Better off with H&R or liberty!

My husband and I have been using Bottom Line for over ten years and we have referred several friends and family members to them. We use them for our company and personal taxes and couldn't be more pleased. They are always attending the latest seminars and continuing their education to make sure they are getting you the very best bottom line! There is no one else I would trust with my personal information aside from them!
