They gave the wrong amount for the pre-approval by over $75,000 because they did not care - the woman told me she was going on her 'marriage cruise' and dumped my services on another man who did not know what he was doing either but in correcting her mistake killed the deal. They also told me a lot of other things to do that were bad advice like to sell my car. They screwed me over for getting house for another 2 years.

LewAnn did everything to proactively get my loan documents approved quickly. I was on a time crunch, and it was during the holidays. My deadline was due to my current landlord not wishing to renew my lease, so I needed to leave the rental property I was at, find a new place (while working), pack my house, clean my house, and move to the new place. LewAnn helped me get all this done between Thanksgiving and middle of February!

I was told they specialize in financing mobile homes. They appeared to be rookie's, specifically when it comes to HUD homes. It's not enough room on here to write all the problems with this company. I ended up losing around 1800 hundred dollars on a house dealing with this company. Your money is not safe dealing with Lew Ann Strickland and Galinda Fleming. These people are your worst nightmare. Trust find another lender

John at American Liberty was awesome to work with. He listened carefully to what I needed and helped me find the best options for me. When I ran into delays with my contractor, he was right there to try to help find the best solution and to answer all of my questions. I wouldn't have expected to find anyone so easy to work with, but I'd never hesitate to do so again.
