Prices, these prices are horrible for a lot of the electronics, they’re selling subwoofers and sub boxes for what they would cost new, and most of the speakers are broken. The amps? The amps also cost what they would brand new in the box but withought the hardware and instructions, and some of them barely function.
Overpriced place, do not waste your time here. Even if you want a video game you have to go out of everyone’s way to get a clerk to unlock the case for the games. Do not go here.

I can't recommend this location of Value Pawn enough. Bo and honestly every employee there truly go above and beyond. The quality of customer service they provide to their customers exceeded any expectations I had after having negative experiences at other places.

I’ve come here several times, and have found purchases to make about 50% of the time, which is high for me. The staff have always been at least courteous, but more often friendly and personable.
The great staff are willing to bargain a bit especially if the item you’re buying isn’t 100%, but they do seem to have some hard limits on pricing in mind.
I recommend fully testing anything that you buy before paying or leaving the store. If you find that the item you want to purchase is somehow defective (like a game console, tool, or computer, for instance), I found them open to offers to compensate. My experience was that for each item’s defect asking for a physical replacement substitution or a compensation in price was seen as reasonable.
In the end of my most recent visit, I went in and stumbled on a purchase that wasn’t complete, but I left happy.

All staff members in the shop were very helpful and understanding when I came in to part away with a jewelry piece. They gave me a higher buyout price compare to two other similar businesses I went to that day in Winter Garden on Hwy 50. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I was pleased with their service. I definitely would recommend this location to everyone I know.
