I was tempted to write this. But I figure I'll jump in to what Leo said on the most recent review. Bought a builder kit for my husband's birthday after hearing him talk about how much he wanted one of their kits. Safe to say their lead times are extremely misleading. 3-4 slowly turned into 3 to 4 months. My husband's birthday present ended up being a Christmas present instead. His birthday is in July for reference. I never received an update on his order either. You would think for how pricey they are. That they would atleist have decent customer service. Save your money. Do not support this company!

Currently waiting on product from this company. Been waiting about 3 months. I messaged them and they say it will be shipping this week. The problem is they have been saying that for the last 5 weeks. Communication from them is not great either. Just has not been a good experience. Why mislead on lead times? Then lie about when is shipping. Video on this topic to be uploaded next week on youtube.
I want to caviat this with saying that they make a good product. But seem they may lack the ability to operate to industry standards.

I ordered 5 Glock 19 Mag Extensions, 4 of the 5 worked flawlessly as designed. One Spring was giving my slide issues on locking to the rear on an empty magazine. I emailed SLR & Todd responded almost immediately & sent out brand new springs & some extra just in case i had the same issue, my issue was presented & i had the replacement springs almost immediately less than 3 days for my issue to be fixed. The Customer service was exceptional & not only that, SLR makes amazing quality products all around. They are an Amazing company that cares for their products & their customers. Great Company & they have definitely earned a life-long customer.
now to just convince todd to send me a glock 19 slide to test out in a intense firearm training haha! Great company, would 100% suggest you spend your hard earned money here!

I had a ton of questions prior to buying and they answer all of them with great customer service. Aside from that I also love their products. Came recommend from one of the guys at my local gun store.
Edit **** this past week I put hundreds of rounds using only my magazines with the SLR extension. Flawless.

Ordered a SLR handguard from a retailer item showed up with a wrong part and I had some questions. Reached out directly to SLR and immediately answered my question and offered to correct the mistake.

I ordered a part from this company and item was lost in the mail. So I reached out for a replacement and received poor customer service from Chris Eldredge. Pretty much told me once product was shipped that’s the end of their part and to put in a claim. Don’t recommend this company. I might give them another star if my item arrives.
