Best theater in town. The sit down dining is a plus and the staff are super nice. I love getting drinks at the bar before my movie. The seats recline and it is very comfy.

Decent place to see a movie. Concession stand closed. They come to your seat, take your order, and deliver your food and drinks to your seat. Service was slow but good. It was clean and comfortable reclining chairs. Reason for deducting 1 star ... the concessions were slow and pricey.

Smells horrible like a child care center reeking of urine that was being covered up with beer ( sad) then on top of that the seats was not clean and was filthy and smelled bad as ever luckily we had travel size Lysol. The table was wet and had the menu wet as well. Pushed the button to order and it took over 10 mins, popcorn and nasty lemonade came out and the popcorn was dry, stale and chewy like they got them from the trash the bottom at that . The drink tasted like toilet water with food coloring. Pushed the button again another 10 min wait that we had to walk out the movie to request fresh popcorn had to stand their to make sure and paid for a sealed bottle water to ensure we was properly hydrated. This place has went downhill extremely I would not return and would not recommend. The worst service.just went to see Bad Boys which was good and funny? outside of the stay away

Our favorite movie theater, we don’t anymore go to AMC Disney Springs Diner in or regular one. We only go to Cinepolis WG. And the manager there is amazing!
Staff are professional!!
I love their food, my favorite order is always the Asian bowel with Tuna!

It was my first time there, and it was a positive experience from parking to buying tickets to comfort chairs. The drinks and food were above average, and the waiters were eager to please. I can't wait to go again!

I generally have a good time going to Cineopolis, though it is pricey. I had a bad experience recently where this Cineopolis charged my card 27 days after the purchase. What?

Went to a late night movie. Ordered food, which was okay. Popcorn was definitely not fresh. Bathrooms weren't very clean. Going to try again when it's not late and the place is ready to shut down.
The best part, though, was the service - the waiter was very nice and helpful. We saw IF on opening night.

Theater is clean, seats are nice and you certainly pay for that in the ticket prices.
The food though… yikes prices, even for a movie theater. Popcorn and a soda will run you $20. Not a fan of their dine in model, it really bumps up the prices on everything. Made it through Furiosa without any concessions and felt all the better for it.

This place has gone down CONSIDERABLY. Came to the movies and no one bothered to even check our tickets. Then we get to our seats and they were sticky and nasty as if they had not been wiped down EVER. We literally came to the first showing of the day and it took the server 15 minutes after we had pushed the button to come to take our order only to find out they didn't have most of what we wanted to order. Why have something on the menu that you don't have available? Sunset Walk is DEFINITELY a much better experience. Spend your money there because Cineoplis isn't worth it anymore.

I have been here many times. This place has good service, food, and movie selections.
I need to give my compliments to the server, his name is Carlos, he was very nice and friendly, he is definitely one of the best servers in this place. Try to be at least 15 min before your movie starts. That way, you have time to order what you want to eat and drink.

First time at this movie theatre and it was a great experience! When you walk in, it doesn't even feel like your going to the movies. They even have a covered garage for parking. The lobby is beautiful! We saw an amazing movie and ordered some snacks. A very cool experience where you can press your button and get refills on your popcorn. The pretzel sticks were amazing!! I had a great time, and I would go back here again for sure.
