This Ace Hardware store is best in class. The entire team is knowledgeable & always very helpful with any home or yard project I bring to the table. I want to give a special shoutout to Troy who saved the day on my first visit to this store. It left a lasting impression & he's helped me many times since. Very thankful for Bray Ace Hardware!

Me and my wife stopped at this Ace to purchase a few items. As we did our shopping, we noticed photos of 2 black men posted in multiple locations throughout the store, with no explanation as to why. We presumed ACE was suggesting the two were involved in alleged criminal activity. As we checked out, we asked the cashier why the photos were posted. She remarked they had stolen something. I'm pretty sure a number of people, of all races and ethnicities, have stolen items from this location in recent weeks, not that ANY posting would be justified. I'm also pretty sure this is considered to be defamatory. This is pretty low Bray ACE of Winter Garden.

Coming here for years with no issues. I just had the worst customer service experience by Nina. Please retire, doing customer service for years does not give you the right time treat customers so unprofessional. Moving my business somewhere else.

Took my power washer in for repair . These guys over at the Stihl: Brian & Noah are awesome. Power Washer runs great. I hope Mgmt treats them right other than a “ atta boy”.

BEWARE of their STIHL side hustle. Took a STIHL blower in for a recoil spring issue. I was using the blower and then the recoil spring broke so of course cord was just hanging out and you couldn't start it. Took it down there and showed the issue and we all agreed it was recoil. WELL....THREE days later they call and tell me it is over $100 because it needed new carb, tune-up and other things. It was working prior to recoil failing...and she tells me well we will take everything off and it wont' work. LIAR LIAR LIARs. AND...the women working on 3/20 in the afternoon is completely rude, unprofessional and doesn't have great depth of knowledge about tools when pressed on it. BEWARE BEWARE when using them!!!! Probably going to try to take money out of your wallet.

Alex found the battery for key fob, and Ajay changed it out for me. They answered questions about auto keys and portable a/c units. Pauline was very nice at checkout. Excellent customer service at this location!

Great employees…you always get asked if you need help and they are super friendly. For such a small store it’s always bustling and alive with people and lots of staff. The older gentleman in the garden department helped me with the milkweed plants and how to take care of them. Happy plant lady :)
