Joe was amazing. We are in Missouri and my Mom inherited a house in Florida after my uncle passed. To put it lightly, we really tossed a curve ball at Joe with the unknown fines and unkept property, and he handled it with extreme professionalism. My recommendation is just follow his advice and you'll be okay. Our property was not one of the more valuable one's, but he still gave our situation top notch care and attention. Our property sold for about 2.5 times more than we initially thought before we contacted Sunny and Associates. Now that the property is sold, my Mom's life is changed. She'll be able to use the funds to fix up her house in Missouri. This wouldn't have been possible without Joe. Thank you so much.

Joe did an amazing job finding a place to rent in a short amount of time. He is very knowledgeable about Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. He was able to get us into multiple showings on a short timeline. Within only a few conversations he was able to gauge my preferences and helped me focus the search. Once I found a place, he was instrumental in getting all the paperwork needed and was in constant communication with updates. I would highly recommend Joe and his company for any home buying and renting needs.

I had the pleasure of Joe Jennings being my property manager (as a tenant) and a realtor when I purchased my first home. Joe was always prompt and swift in action when I needed his support with the rental. Within the 3 years I was his tenant I knew I could trust him when it came to using him as a realtor. Joe Jennings is the BEST!!!! There isn't anything he can't do. If you have the stress of a rental property with bad tenants, Joe is your guy. Even if you have great tenants, he keeps everything professional and is on top of any of his properties like their his own. Also, he gets the job done, and fast!!!! He's honest, very reliable, and is very organized. I can't recommend him enough. Looking to sell your house, he's the Man!!!! Joe knows the Business and gets the job done. Joe was my property manager for more than 2 years. I was impressed how quickly Joe was able to secure good tenants (less than 1 month) and ensuring that they take care of my property while living in it. When I toured the property after 2 years of renting, it looked exactly as I had left it.Any issues or repairs needed was dealt swiftly by Joe, who also made sure to minimize the cost for the owner each time.Joe also took care of selling my house - it was my first time selling a property - and he made it effortless on my side. The property barely spent 1 week on the market before I got a cash offer.

We didn't end up working with Joe for very long, because he was so good. Joe was efficient, effective, and got our deal done. He was great to work with, and really went the extra mile for us. Would give him 6/5 stars if I could!(Joe maintained, listed, sold, and cleaned out a town house in Boca Raton for us)
