I worked with Sean and found him to be very professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. He happily stayed after closing and helped me and another gentleman setup our new phones. He also didn’t try to sell me a lot of add ons that I didn’t needs which I greatly appreciated!

No one in store. Employee seemed disinterested in helping us. Could not sign into our account…”system” problems. We walked out without the upgraded phones. Guess we will try another store.

Lee and Tim were amazing!!! ? by far exceeded my expectations! I walked in they immediately greeted me. They helped me problem solve my situation, and I was in and out in a flash!!! Best customer service I have ever received in a cellular phone store!!! Thank you so much for your help. I am so grateful I came to this Verizon store!

I had originally stopped in at another Verizon location, with an employee who refused to help me. My boyfriend convinced me to give this one a try, and I have to admit, it was much better. Everyone was very accommodating. There were hurdles to jump through due to an issue with a phone I had attempted to order online and I wasn’t able to make a purchase until it was cleared through corporate - but everybody was willing to try! Very happy with who is working here, would definitely use next time I’m in the area!

Not very helpful and VERY EXPENSIVE! Went there after I cracked the screen on my phone. They just gave me a sticky on who to contact for the insurance claim. When I had a similar issue in San Antonio, the Verizon store there went through the claim process with me! This store also should have told me there is a local place that repairs cracked screens in 2 hours through the insurance! My wife had a screen protector installed. Our fault we didn't ask the price beforehand, but $65 is outrageous!

Went to store and got a better deal then what Verizon told me. He saved me $280 off watch and was more help than the other Wildwood store. Plus waived the setup fee.
