Ximena Mendez was my Loan Officer as I purchased my home. I couldn’t have chosen a better person to guide me through the process and provided the safety I needed. Ximena actively followed up with me as I was looking for my home, ran numbers any time I needed for an offer, and when my offer was accepted she worked with me to find the best deal. We had committed to an aggressive timeline to close in 30 days, which had me nervous. Ximena not only delivered by had everything ready to go a week sooner from our deadline. She took the time to explain each disclosure, and the closing statement line by line. I felt like I was very prepared and well informed when I got to then closing table. Ximena has a calm and kind demeanor, which kept me sane through this stressful process. She is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.
