First and last time ever doing my nails here. I asked for gel nails instead the woman uses a pink powder and seals it with a fan and then uses the light. Never seen this before. Extremely rough with my nails and the dremel cut my skin several times and not once did she say sorry. Just kept pulling and tugging at my hands. Nails were made extremely wide and bulky looking, not natural looking at all. Pedicure was the only decent thing there. Nails have LIFTED in the matter of 3 days!!! Extremely disappointing!

Magical and relaxing experience.! My daughter asked for an specific Halloween design. I was impress how dedicated personal put an effort to give her the best outcome. The music put a touch of calming. The staff enjoyed so much doing a fantastic Halloween nails. Very professional.

Dip manicure was horrible. There was a large gap between my cuticles and the dip and the shape of my nails was awful.

Clean place. Acrylic set $70 + $5 for matte finish (they let you know when the service is done), and ... they were not the best. My daughter had her first mani-pedi, the tec was nice, but again, they charged for a mini heart she painted on her little nail $5. I would go to a different place next time.

I literally never do this but this place gave me the absolute worst manicure I’ve ever had. I repeatedly told the woman doing my nails to make them thinner. They are so thick and lumpy, I am so disappointed. $105 for absolutely atrocious work done. I feel bad because she was a sweet girl, but to laugh and shrug off your bad work is just unacceptable. Do not waste your money here.

This was the worst manicure I have ever gotten, my nails were shaped horribly and when I asked for the color to be changed because it was lumpy on my feet she said no until I insisted. I was pressured to leave a tip when I did not like the service and I was cut multiple times. Mid way through my appointment the nail tech left to wax someone else which I feel is very unprofessional.

I made an appointment yesterday for two manicure's. We arrived today on time. They were packed. Looks like new owners. My wife just had a manicure and was the worst manicure she ever had. Very bad service from the manicurist. She was n a rush to help another person for a pedicure that was waiting on the chair for more than 15 minutes. Won't come back!

I came to this Salon twice a month for around 5 years… Ivy and Tracy are very professionals. Recently they change the owner and renovate the chairs and add more colors and unfortunately the quality drop a lot!… I went to do my mani gel and regular pedi on a Saturday and this new lady (owner) was my technician because Ivy and Tracy were busy… she was very rude, and do the work in 30 min (both mani and pedi) 2 days after( Monday) all my nail polish start peeled I thought that because it was a French so I didn’t pay attention… went again after 2 weeks like always, to do it again and because I was traveling that next Monday and on that day of my travel happen the same thing but worst because it was all my nail including the toes… I came back on a Wednesday and went there to fix it and the new owner told me that she will charge me 35$ for the gel color on my mani and 25$ for the color on my toes, I explain that I was there on Saturday and she just told me that it doesn’t matter that’s the price for get just the polish… I told them to take off whatever polish remains on my nails and I leave… I never complaints of anything this was the 1st time that I ask to fix the bad work within less than a week, they shouldn’t change me anything.
