They gave us great service and the boy who took the photos was very patient with our son who was moving and gave him some tips and finally the photo was able to turn out well, they also gave us information about all the services they perform in the place and they cleared all our doubts

Customer Service is impeccable! Nitro was very helpful in helping me find the most affordable shipping option. Overall the service is always wonderful, Florian seems to always answer all the question and train his staff very well. There is usually a wait time but it’s worth waiting. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to the store for the past 27 years since it used to be Mailboxes ETC (back then) and always without exception Florian and his staff know how to treat the customers with outmost respect and efficiency.Whatever you need, postal services, P.O. Boxes, shipping, dropping off, notary services, they are always there.Simply the best!!

I love this UPS. I ship packages a lot and each time I visit they teach me a new way to ship in a more cost effective way and are super fun and friendly to my children. Everything gets to its destination on time or even earlier than expected. Always a pleasant experience.

This is a revision of my original review because the owner reached out to me by phone to address my concerns. He was proactiveand responsive. Obviously cares about his business and the customer service. Cant ask for more than that. Appreciated the professionalism. Businesses will always have challenges. The impression was greatly improved by the owners attitude and actions.

Called looking for a piece of mail that did not make it to our PO box due to not having the box number being listed. I unfortunately don't know the employee's name who assisted me, however TOP NOTCH customer service! He deserves a raise. :)

I am grateful to have this store so close to my home. I am usually in and out. If there's a long line, I'll have coffee at nearby Starbucks and return to find myself walking in and out. The employees and owner are nice and helpful.

I came here today because I had to ship something to a family member up north. I didn’t know much about the process and Carlo was extremely helpful and patient. I was confused at first, but he made it a very pleasurable experience. Due to his kindness I will definitely be back when I need to return or ship something! Whoever the manager is at this store should seriously give him a raise.
