Excellent attention from the saleswoman Martha! He did everything and convinced me to buy the clothes that I liked but with great respect the quality of the clothes compared to the prices is not ideal. I bought a linen jumpsuit that was torn in some places when I washed it and took it out without putting it in the dryer!

I was at Marcella’s Boutique last night why I saw a customer yelled and screamed to the sale ladie.She was very kind to explain to the customer what she supposed to do with the clothes. Love the service, and merchandise. I will be back

I passed by this store and every item is just beautiful. Nhory picked out clothing combinations for us that looked fabulous. The clothing are made in Italy and I can't believe how affordable they are. Thank you for your help Nhory. This store is a very good find.

Went inside with my 2y/o, and a lady yelled at another customer for holding a garment without hangar. Thought it was rude. Shortly after she turned on us and asked us to leave because “the store wasn’t a park”…She claimed to be the owner, but not sure. Very rude. We engaged in a small arguement and she got very aggresive (but w/o insults). She was a spanish speaker, too. In case this helps whoever reads this get a better idea of who she might be. Hope she gets fired.

I had an amazing experience! Nori was extremely helpful and picked beautiful dresses for me which I loved! She kept showing me options and being honest about how did the clothing fit me. Also very nice quality of clothes!!!!! All from Italy. Super happy with my purchase

I had a terrible experience at this boutique! The service was dreadful. The woman was rude, and assumed that since I am latina I was stealing clothes. It is truly terrible to experience racism in such an establishment and distinguished neighbor. I had been there before and bought several things, however, this experience assured me to never put a foot in this shop ever again. I urge the owners to closely analyze who is working for them, and make much better choices in the future.

Great service at Marcella’s from the staff who helped pick out the perfect date night outfit. I am usually very picky but I found just the right top. Nhory was so helpful and I will definitely be back.

Horrible customer service, worker made rude assumptions about me shop lifting. I was trying on things and she started screaming and banging the wall for me to get out and was trying to open the dressing room to see what I was doing. This woman who was working there shouldn’t even have a job. Very unpleasant being there with such a rude person. When leaving she didn’t even say bye and was just overall very rude. I would never recommend this place for anyone. HORRIBLE.
