Me and my father have been going for a while now and we couldn't be happier. The team is very friendly, always motivating and makes the atmosphere very fun. Also, the community they have been able to create makes you feel like a part of some family and makes you look forward to going everyday. They are very knowledgable on the exercises and always switch up the work outs so it doesn't get repetitive.

45 minutes and you are done! Every day you have a complete new set of exercises that will vary in intensity and time. The gym is clean and equipments are new. The owner Miguel and staff (Herbert, Vale, Rolo y Ori) are excellent instructors and very good people :) always pushing us to do better I don't know how but they manage to call everybody by name. The environment is great, fun and drama free. The best gym I have been in Florida.

This F45 studio is one of the best by far. The energy is always stellar with the trainers greeting you and getting you ready for the workout with excitement. They always guide you through the workout and help you if you have any doubts. I totally recommend this workout experience, well balanced with weights and cardio!!

Miguel and the team at F45 are awesome. It is a family environment without judgement and the trainers give each member personal attention and really care about their progress. I recommend trying a class and you will definitely sign up. No other gym can compare!
