I’ve been training in 9round weston location, for about 4 months now, the changes in my body are amazing. Got in shape quickly!! The circuit for training camp as a fighter is simply amazing. 9Round is not only for beginners but for amateur and professionals too. it is a great conditioning camp!

I cannot say enough amazing things about 9rounds Weston. The location is amazing. The class times are amazing but the best part of 9rounds are the trainers. Jose and Sasha are amazing.

Best 30 minute workout out there!! Awesome coaches who are there for you every round to push you through it!! Couldn’t ask for a better workout!
