It may take 4 or more days to get an ordinary business shirt cleaned. They do not clean on-site.

The store clerk confused my ticket with another customer, charged me $40 instead of $16. She said the manager would have to issue the credit "next week." The next day she called me to come in with my card to make the adjustment. Instead, not knowing how to use the computer, she rung me up for $161.12. Another local manager came by, offered no help, and refused to give me cash. Neither knew how to credit the now 3 erroneous charges to my debit card. The "credits" on the receipt they gave me do not add up to the over charge. Now I have to spend time with my bank fixing their mistakes. How hard is it to void one charge? STAY AWAY. Really poor management and customer relations.

I checked my sport jacket before I left the cleaners, a good thing I checked it, none of the spots were removed. I told them to dry clean it again, same thing, looked like they just ironed it.

I was skeptical to go here once i moved into the area given how bad the reviews were. I dropped off a couple of things to get altered. To my surprise they were great! Customer service is great, my clothes were well taken care. Defiantly will be going back

I have uses this cleaners for the first time last week. I live in Downtown West Palm Beach and it's right around the corner for me. Excellent job on my white dress shirts I will continue going there.

Two of my husband's expensiveTommy Bahama shirts had holes under the arm sleeve. They only accepted responsibility for one shirt. Very unhappy.

I got home and found that they ripped a hole in my expensive suit pants. They refused to replace it or reimburse me, saying "There's no way our machines could have done that". Then they said I should have checked my suit before I left. Really??

I was up in West Palm Beach for work and needed some dry cleaning done for a meeting. Tropical cleaners delievered for me. I recomend them.
