Not clear what everybody is experiencing, but I did have an appointment at 12:15, arrived at 12:05, was taken to input paperwork immediately by Lisa, blood draw by Claudia was painless and quick, and out of there at 12:19. My previous experience there was the same.

I was very hesitant to go to this location because of all the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Both employees were very nice to me and my wait was not that long. Despite being severely understaffed, they were awesome!
