“Went last night and was seated among the beautiful tables inside. Started with a few unusual drinks as they only have a B & W license. Ordered a buffalo mozzarella app with grilled peppers and grilled bread to start - delicious! Moved to split an awesome salad, then had a sliced ribeye steak sandwich. Finished with unusual salty chocolate chip cookies. Our waiter was amazing and really made this a special evening. Overall I'd highly recommend this restaurant, especially for a rehearsal dinner.”

Online wait too long and The ac tech want to charge $400 for a new one put on. Come to this place, buy a new capacitor and a hard kick start kit, bingo it work great. I ended up purchasing a beautiful custom designed mailbox. GORGEOUS! Customer service delivery was impressive. “One of our shower faucet handles broke so I dismantled it and brought it into Anderson's to find a replacement. The women who work there could not have been more accommodating. Rather than allow me to purchase a new handle, they tracked down the manufacturer of my piece and ordered a replacement for the interior part that had broken. When I came back to pick up the part, they kindly refused to allow me to pay them for their service and they supplied me with written instructions on how to reinstall the handle. Although I did not end up purchasing any hardware from the store, I can attest that their products are beautiful and of great quality. I highly, highly recommend Anderson's.”

“This place is a gold mine for anything related to PVC plumbing for irrigation, storm drainage, pools, aquariums etc. They also sell Weld-On PVC cement and primers which is better than the oatey stuff at big box stores. Fittings of all sizes in stock. Great staff that knows their stuff. Helped me out in jamb and stayed open to help me out even though I’m an individual not a business or contrActor. Will buy all my plumbing parts here instead of home depot/lowes.”

The boys name was Jorge, he was very patient with me as I don’t know much about what I needed and neither did my husband since our grandson will be the one building the shed. Jorge was a kind employee, I could tell he was busy and stressed and he still helped us. He went above and beyond. I will be returning for him.”

“Customer service is top notch. This is your typical hardware store where they have an incredible variety of parts, do-hicks and whatchamacallits. You may pay a little more here for some items but you will not waste your time running around trying to get that special part for your project. Even the younger employees are knowledgeable. I went in this week and needed a single metric screw to repair a garden hose. My helper immediately knew what I needed and I was on my way about 2 minutes later. Incredible. When shopping, don't forget their garden supplies across the parking lot. If you don't see something and you think a full service hardware store could have it, just ask. They have stock of wood and other items in yet another storage area onsite. This is one of my favorite businesses.”

“I don't normally write reviews but I needed to share my experience with PB Plumbing parts.Yesterday my shower faucet wouldn't turn off. I noticed a piece to the faucet that was broken. I called my local plumber and they didn't have the part.Then I went to Home Depot, Lowes and Ace hardware. None of these big retailers could help me. Someone wrote down PB Plumbing Parts and said try them. So today, I left my house to 2501 Westgate Ave, WPB. During the drive over I was thinking, what will I do if they don't have this part. I walked into the store and was greeted by Mike who was working the front counter. I showed him the part and before I could take it out of the ziplock bag, he was back in front of me with exactly the same one. I don't know how he was able to identify it so quickly and produce the exact type and model I needed. I was beyond impressed with Mike and his knowledge. I was in and out of the store in five minutes and the price was so reasonable. Everyone should know this place exist and make it the first stop, for their plumbing needs.”

“I walked in to purchase a generator, and it showed on line, on the app, they had 2 in stick, we couldn't find any, Walked up to customer service, the young lady named Benita, helped us, she did a great job, calling around other store to see who had the product IN STOCK, the other store also hung up in her 2 times, and she told them how rude of them to hang up on her or the customer that's drove all the way out there for nothing. Benita helped me and my husband find what we needed very friendly lady, it was worth driving out there for the 2nd time.... thank you Benita”
