Mr. Juan Ortiz at 2300 N. MILITARY TRAIL, WEST PALM BEACH is very knowledgeable. Came in to ask questions, and based on his response, I rented immediately. His personality is an added bonus. At other storage facilities, and I have been looking for a month, the hidden fees, and deception, is very apparent. At Easy Space Storage, Mr. Juan Ortiz was extremely transparent and honest.It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Juan.

very good treatment and good facilities.As a negative, I would say that I don't know why we have to keep the lock and keys if it is something that we will never use in our lives anymore. It is very particular to that type of doors.but everything else great.The main door, wow, was always open. I never had to enter the code. I do not know why
