Amazing experience. Highly professional shop. I just dropped in out of of the blue first time to have some links added to my yellow gold sub and they took care of it gladly and at no cost. I took my watch in for a cleaning and lubrication, routine maintenance. I found the same name on door and wall outside, but learned the business had been sold. The people said they don't do routine watch maintenance and repairs any more. Why keep the name as watch repair if you don't do watch repairs? Not cool. I wasted over 2 hours driving to and from. Never again.

Their website says they are citizen certified, but they turned me away and said they don’t work on Citizen. This place is not what I used to be. They used to be Real watch doctors now I guess they pick and choose.

The case on the back of my Rolex came off. Called several Rolex dealers and jewelers that specialize in this kind of watch repair. Was told I would have to drop off my watch and would take 6-10 weeks for the repair. Fortunately, I found Bennisson on Google and filled out their online website inquiry and within 20 minutes, I received a response from Nicole. I drove to their shop the same day and upon my arrival was met by Cal, who was cordial and assisted me with questions I had. I also had the pleasure of meeting Nicole, who responded to my website inquiry. Thankfully for me, BWR fixed my watch on-site and I was out of the shop within 20 minutes. I couldn't be any happier with the service I received! If you're in need of a watch repair and TIME is of the essence, I would definitely recommend BWR and will definitely use their services in the future ? ⌚️

Another great repair, I accidentally scraped the faces of my Rolex and Bennisson to the rescue with excellent service resulting in my watch looking clean shinning and good as new again, thanks for always providing exceptional, professional, friendly service every time. Went to several major brand name jewelers and although people were very nice, they couldn't really help me. They couldn't do a simple watch repair and told me they would have to ship it out, which could take weeks. I finally came across Bennisson Watch Repair, and within 15 mins. the problem was solved. I highly recommend this be your first stop for any type of consultation/repair.

I found this gem of the store by accident, I have a watch that required a battery it wasn’t a expensive watch, but it has sentimental meaning and I wanted to keep it alive. The staff treated me with such kindness and respect They explained to me that they don’t replace batteries, but they may have some left over. I was very impressed by the kindness and sincerity of the staff and the knowledge of watches. I have since brought back all my other watches for servicing and polishing and routine maintenance. I have referred friends of mine to come here , We all have the same experience and we all say to ourselves what a hidden gem and great staff.
