“Buying our auto from CarMax was an easy experience. I started shopping for the car on a Sunday afternoon. I found one that I was interested in, and then CarMax had an agent called me on my phone and got me pre-qualified for the loan. The car that I was interested in was at another CarMax dealer in another city the. The agent on the phone said they could have it shipped down to the dealership that was closest to me so that I could test drive it. The day of the test drive I had been looking at other cars at the dealership that I was interested in also. I checked out the first car that they had shipped to my city and told the salesperson that was assisting me in purchasing a car that I was going to pass on that car, but I was interested in two other ones that were out on the lot. The salesman took me over to the other two vehicles they were side by side I checked out the first one and decided to pass on it too, but the second one was the one I decided to take for a test drive. After I came back from the test drive, I informed him that was the one I would like to purchase and the paperwork to purchase this vehicle was more or less all filled out they just had to run it another credit check on me cause the one I was going to buy was $1000 more, which got approved very quickly. I don't know if it's just me, but this was just the easiest car buying experience I've ever had in my life.”
