I went there on a promotional coupon the vip ! Treat new customers with the hair cut hot towel treatment ! Very nice people but I'm an African American and wanted a bald fade or even a taper fade I ended up with just a inch off the top and none of the sides ! towel treatment was nice ! But I went home and faded myself !

I have been going here for years. Today was sad went the Assistant Manager decided to inflate her numbers by adding a “beard trim” for 7 dollars when I specifically said I didn’t want one.. she stated “no I want to get these few hairs” and cut them in the corner of my lip. 3 seconds… 7.00 charge added to my bill. I blame corporate for putting constant “up selling “ pressure on this staff that encourages behavior like this.. I’ve been here every 2 weeks for 3 years.. going somewhere else.. not because of the 7.00.. because of being “worked”

Avoid this place if you want your child's hair done properly. My son was taken here by his fathers gf only to leave and get bullied at school for his butchered haircut. I then took him to a barbershop where it took over 20mins just discussing how it could be fixed. The stylist shaved down his entire crown area where it should have been kept longer and also where she had ZERO business shaving. All while leaving the top ridiculously long. Literally like a bowl cut in the front yet shaved in the back. I wish I could give them zero stars!!!!!

Had my hair cut today by Jessy, she did a great job. Exactly what I asked for, it looks good and my hair is pretty unforgiveable when a mistake is made.
Stylist: I highly recommend Jessy. She was engaging, listened to what I wanted and executed exceptionally.

Avoid this place. Had a disagreement with kayla the assistant manager about a promotion that I participated in which got a little heated at the end. I left the store to go to my car then decided to go and get her business card to complain about her costumer service. She refused to give me her card then proceeded to follow me out of the store to take pictures of my car and my son who had just gotten his hair cut.
Then days after the altercation Kayla decided to take things to another level and had a friend call my work to speak to my boss and lie about me and the situation that had occurred. I then contacted the owner of the store and all I requested was an apology to my boss and myself by Kayla for lies that were said about me, but the owner then told me that the person who called was not Kayla nor employed at the store and therefore couldn't make them apologize. They clearly know who it was that called my job from their response in regards to this situation. This was very unprofessional of Kayla as a manager and poor customer service. With all the of the options out there for hair services go somewhere else, don't take a chance to run into Kayla and have her/friend reach out to your place of employment and lie about you to try to get you fired as well. Avoid,Avoid,Avoid!!

I regrettably never got her name but she is a part time flight attendant with United Airlines. The best haircut I’ve had. Flawlessly gave me the exact cut I wanted and was professional and pleasant the whole time. You’re awesome and look forward to next time!

This is where I always go for a mens haircut. Not to sound like an advertisement, but they have really competitive prices and even if they're pretty busy are still quick. It's pretty convenient to be able to check in online before you leave the house too.

I've been going to this location for a few years now, Annette has been wonderful. Unfortunately she has moved to the Viera location. Well, today, I checked, wait time was 21 minutes. As I'm driving to Sports Clips, the wait time suddenly pops to 56 minutes. I call the store and asked for an explanation as to why. I' was told the stylist must have taken another client. I asked how that could happened since there was already someone else waiting for the same stylist. While in the middle of question, the rude individual on the phone said thats what it is, said good bye and hung up on me. I called back, she picked up the phone and must have placed in on the counter. I waited 10 minutes, heard her bashing me in the background, then she hung up the phone again. I tried calling again and they pushed me automatically to voice mail. The manager of the store needs to know the disrespectful treatment her loyal customers retrieve. What's the purpose of checking in, getting an approximate wait time, and then the time can be adjusted to an unreasonable wait time? What a poorly run shop, and rude inconsiderate stylist. I will pass the word along about this shop.
