I was having an issue with car shifting gears. Mercedes couldn't figure it out and they would keep the car for days. I took it to Rob and he figured it out and got insurance to pay for it. Rob is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend Rob to everyone. Thanks Rob!!

They are extremely thorough and genuinely care about your best interests. Mark at the front desk is delightful to converse with, adeptly communicates what needs to be done, and ensures my satisfaction. Rob's did a fabulous job fixing my Mini Cooper. I explained I was selling it and they took care of everything quickly and even parked my car on the side of their lot so my SALE sign was seen from people driving by. Thank you!

This shop has had my car for over 3 months. They have horrible communication and don’t have any sense of urgency to fix my vehicle. They like to charge a lot of money but not fix your vehicle. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. There’s much better shops in the area.

LOL what a RIP OFF! HUSTLERS I tell you. Tried to charge over $900 for a control arm job, on only ONE SIDE of the car, when all it needed was a new strut for a fraction of that price, who knows what else they schemed and swindled. SMH just take one look at their lot, FULL OF CARS they're probably milking owners for! That tells you alot. Even the receptionist has a pretentious sycophantic smarmy attitude. Take it from me - DONT TRUST THESE GUYS! There are better honest shops around. May this review be a lesson to them.

I recently purchased a Ferrari California from a car dealer in Melbourne, but prior to my purchase I knew I needed a thorough PPI. I live in the Orlando area, so I was concerned about getting a PPI in an area I am not familiar with, but I decided on Rob’s Euro Werks based on Google reviews. I was able to follow the progress of the PPI, as the mechanic added notes to the online portal throughout the process, which was great. Once the PPI was complete, I felt comfortable making the drive to Melbourne to complete the purchase, as I knew exactly what the condition of the car was. They were able to accommodate a next-day PPI at a fair price. Great experience all the way around and I highly recommend Rob’s Euro Werks for your exotic PPI.

I have used this shop to maintain my Mini Cooper (2008l for the past few years. Their service is awesome and dependable. They may cost a bit more than other shops in MLB, but you are getting experience and the knowledge that it will be done correctly.
