EDIT: Since this post I went back in the hopes that corporate turned the music down. THEY TURNED THE MUSIC UP EVEN LOUDER!!!Shouting was a waste of time to be heard. They definitely do not want business.The music so loud I have to shout to be heard…come on! What happened to inclusivity to ALL? My migraine would appreciate you lowering the volume! I will no longer be shopping at these stores as the manager apologized profusely but stated she was unable to lower volume as music is controlled by Corporate in ALL stores and is the same! And the workers are suffering too! No wonder workers are quitting in droves with such a hostile environment! Shame on you!!!

Easily accessible but the managers are super passive aggressive if you come in too many times without deciding on a product to buy. I’m someone who takes awhile to decide on something to buy and usually I love to stop and smell the candles in a store like this one, but apparently the managers have an issue with this. I’ve caught several giving me rude looks and almost running into me. I’d avoid this one if you like to take your time.

Easily accessible from the Main Road Palm Bay, not far from I-95 exit 176W/B.Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles.The store was clean and well staffed by friendly employees.The inventory was extensive and the prices in my opinion were fair.In the area give them a visit and make sure to check for online coupons.

This Bath and Body Works location at 125 Palm Bay Rd NE, West Melbourne, FL 32904 is utterly shameful. As stated on their website they give their EXACT hours of operation, but if a customer takes the stores closing hours as being accurate, then you would be in for a rude awaking because they will not let you into the store 15 minutes prior to this store closing. APPARENTLY, the website listed closing time is only for customers already in the store before the so called 15 minute closing rule. EVEN IF YOU PURPOSELY DROVE ALL THE WAY TO THE STORE TO PICK UP A GIFT AND ARRIVED AT THIS STORE AT 3:46, the extremely RUDE and IGNORANT door warden will not let you into the store and she only offers a sarcastic "SORRY" for your effort to make it to the store before the actual website listing of their closing time.So shame, shame, shame on the Bath and Body Works location at 125 Palm Bay Rd NE, West Melbourne, FL 32904

Our sales associate, Carrie B., was exceptionally helpful and upbeat even in the midst of a very busy Black Friday sale on the Saturday we were there. She was very knowledgeable and guided us to the perfect Christmas scents without us feeling pressured to make a purchase. The store was clean, organized and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

I swear! I love Bath & Body Works! All the fall smells make me just want to melt into a happy puddle of joy! It always puts me in a good mood! It was well organized with employees cleaning and caring about the customers. I enjoyed my time at this location and will hopefully come back in the future!

This is a new Bath and Body Works location! Located in the Spring Creek Centre (right next to Ulta and Cato) the Bath and Body Works located in the Northwest Arkansas Mall is still open as well!

How does this location have 5 amazing reviews when it hasn’t even opened yet????? Was supposed to open in May and then we were told a date end of July and it still didn’t open?
