I've been to laundromats all over Florida, this is one of the worst Laundromat's in all of Tampa. My mother and I barely heard any water coming out of the machines to begin with. We tried to use the only one huge washing machine in the entire STORE, and after we inserted the money over 16$, another customer, not even the lady who works there ((because she was no where to be found)) tells us the machine doesn't work because she just went through it. Then the worker shows up and the lady questions why there was no sign saying it doesn't work. The worker decided to say she locked it so no one can use it but already over two customers already inserted over 16$. I'm sure the worker needed the 32$ more than us, she seemed like she really wanted to take the money then actually work for it. The same only one worker, decided to tell us after 20 -30 minutes after we put in our clothes that we put too much soap. Which if she was actually working and around the whole mess would've been avoided. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to give them their money at all. that could've been avoided if anyone was around doing their actual job and actually had working machines with water. PLEASE Don't give your hard earned money to this place, I guarantee there's better places than this hole.
Also it took the worker over 15-20 minutes to clean the mess up but she had no problem popping out of np where telling people to move their carts out the way.

The lady is extremely rude!! She was disparaging and talked to people like they were scam. Initially I thought she was being racist but observed her talking down to a white male. Thank God it was a one time thing and don’t need to go there again. If I ever need to l will drive to Lutz or Zephyrhills before I step foot in this place.

I will NEVER use this establishment again!! My biggest complaints are lack of information and the worst customer service I've encountered in my 60yrs of living. If I could give zero stars I would.
Neither of the 2 women working seemed to have any basic manners, neither even smiled, and they absolutely could not fathom that their equipment could be faulty in any way. I am a 45-year customer service veteran and I would never treat any customer, specially a new customer, the way those two women treated me. Mind you I'm the biggest mouth in the south and I could have done good for your business but your employees either need retraining or need replacing.
There was no signage informing customers that if they were washing heavy soiled laundry it would cost extra in the smaller of the washers. So when I put $5 in a load I expected the machine to turn on however it did not, it was asking for another dollar and I had no idea why. So I went looking for the one person that I thought was an employee and when I explained the problem she basically barked at me and said that there's no possible way to change machine could be wrong.
I'm also a mechanic, I think like an engineer, humans are not perfect therefore nothing we create can be. Wasn't until I insisted that I had four washers at $5 a piece and I'm missing a dollar and one of the machines wouldn't start that she finally said maybe you have it on heavy load. I checked I did have it on heavy load and if I'm wrong I'm wrong but there's no signs that suggest that a heavy loads get charged extra.

I will never use this laundromat, bathrooms are never open, washing machines, don’t wash properly, the owners are rude, I will never use this place ever!!!!! If you want to find a good laundromat in Zephyrhills, go to mission square laundromat, you will like it!!!

It’s the only laundromat in Wesley Chapel. So… The air conditioning, along with the single restroom, have both been broken since the summer of 2023. I’m not sure why management for the business or strip mall hasn’t repaired either issue. It feels like you’re on the surface of the sun in the afternoon when all of the dryers are on and there’s no AC. At upwards of $12 total per load, you’d think making the repairs would be a no brainer to keep customers. Someone is likely to have a medical emergency just trying to do their laundry in that heat. Perhaps it’s time to get it fixed.

Nice place to do your clothes, but hours are completely wrong. They close at 8 pm every day. That is completely wrong. They either need to change them on here or go back to those hrs. This is the only laundry mat for miles. They'd make more money staying open later. Reading on other people's reviews. The company has some nasty comments and blames everything on the customers. I've never seen a business push blames like a child on the customer. Sounds like a toddler reasoning to people. What a shame.

Strongly suggest using a different laundry mat.Attendant is rude and acts like every customer is putting her out by asking anything about the place. Restrooms are supposedly out of order but seem to work fine when she needed to use it. They also do NOT believe in a/c so the dryers make this place feel like a jungle summer. For all those this place is super clean reviews there are some pics.

One of the cleanest and best maintained laundry mats I’ve seen, all machines functioned during my visit. Attendee was kinda rude to guests and didn’t seem to care for others, I know that people want to go home on time but she was unnecessarily callous, having turned all lights off before guests had left, before even the official closing of the store at 8:00 when guests should leave. She was vacuuming before closing which isn’t the negative remark, but she looped the extension cord around a guest and yanked it, nearly tripping him and didn’t apologize or even say a word. Machines are a little costly however they are maintained, but the dryer I used did seem to reek of marijuana, don’t know if it’s a smell that can be removed or was just built up in the days lint. Washers only take Dollar coins so bring cash not quarters as they will not exchange, but do have a cash to coins, I had to go to a next door business to convert my quarters to cash, then go back and convert to Dollar coins.
