I just wanna share my wonderful experience at refuel deli. I actually work in the area and was looking for a quick bite to eat, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food that was Available. Not only where there’s so many choices but everything was fresh and so tasty. I highly recommend anyone. And I also want to give a shout out to the cashiers/cook behind the counter whose name is Kate very pleasant With great customer service. Thank you so much for this experience. I’ll be back very soon!!!!

Great food have it for lunch atleast 3 times a week. The cheese steak was amazing probably the best I have ever had. Seems to be fresh ingredients and they take pride in their food. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Best Cuban food around. Great selection of deli food. Store is very clean and orderly. Great atmosphere. Owners and employees are super friendly, nice and helpful. I would highly recommend the Refuel Gas & Deli. You won't be sorry!

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at one of your store locations, Refuel Gas & Deli, located at 2330 Willow Oak Dr., Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. As a loyal customer of Refuel Gas & Deli, I have always valued the exceptional service and professionalism displayed by your staff. However, I recently witnessed a distressing incident that compelled me to reach out to you.
I recently visited your gas station. I observed an alarming situation involving one of your male employees, by the name Will and a female customer.
Will was reportedly cursing and screaming at the customer, displaying aggressive behavior that made it seem as though he was going to physically harm her. This incident not only created a hostile environment but also posed a serious threat to the safety of the customer.
What troubled me further was the response of the female manager on duty. I believe one of the customers said her name is Gina. Instead of reprimanding the employee and ensuring the safety and well-being of the customer, the manager seemed to protect him and downplayed the severity of the situation. This lack of appropriate action not only undermined the customer's trust in Refuel Gas & Deli but also raised concerns about the overall management and employee conduct at your establishment.
As a customer, I believe it is our responsibility to bring such incidents to your attention so that appropriate measures can be taken to address the issue. I understand that every organization may encounter challenges, but it is crucial to handle them in a manner that upholds the values and principles of your brand.
I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this incident, taking into account the accounts of witnesses and any available surveillance footage. It is imperative that you address the behavior of Will and the manager Gina and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Additionally, I urge you to consider providing training and support to your staff members on customer service, conflict resolution, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all customers.
I have always enjoyed visiting Refuel Gas & Deli, and I believe that prompt action on your part will help restore my confidence in your brand. I hope you take this matter seriously and demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.
