This is my pharmacy for 3 years. I love to come here because Georgina is super friendly and nice. I have a really bad Crohn’s disease. She have empathy with my health issues , she help me to get my medications faster. Also when I feel sick she delivered my medicine to my home. She is wonderful, I don’t want to go to Walmart, Cvs, Walgreens or any other pharmacy. I am stuck with her because she helps me and she understands my health problems. She always is happy and she listened. Her store is my pharmacy home ? and she is my pharmacy friend ♥️? thanks Georgina god bless you always!

They had compression garments in stock and were available to help make sure the right size was found. They have been so friendly that I’ve returned for more supplies and plan to contact them to fill my Rx’s next month. ?

Graceland Pharmacy and Medical Supply would soon grow to be a stop gap in the delivery of health services. I really appreciate the manner they attend to the needs of clients visiting the shop for their medication and other requirements. With such an attitude of being client focused I know soon the sky would be your limit as you may experience repeat buying as well as referrals which may grow your business. Your prices are also moderate and I don’t need to drive far away to other pharmacy shops saving my gas cost as well. Thanking the Management for bringing healthcare close to our door step.

My new pharmacist in Land O’Lakes is absolutely the best pharmacy I’ve ever encountered! I have used several pharmacies over the years that usually resulted in disappointment, frustration and (Incredibly!) feeling, literally, gaslighted. One pharmacy insisted that my doctor “refused to complete the necessary documentation” making my doctor seemingly incompetent. Imagine my surprise when my doctor informed me that they refused the request because THE PHARMACY WANTED TO REVIEW MY MEDICAL HISTORY AND FILES! My doctor said that if I signed the required HIPA release form then they would. Why does the pharmacist want my medical records? I told my doctor THANK YOU and moved to a different pharmacy. The doctor writes the prescription, the pharmacy fills the prescription. Most pharmacists will begin any conversation with “I’m not a doctor.....” or “You should ask your doctor....” yet now they want my medical history and have the audacity to question the doctor that wrote the prescription? The nerve! Then a different pharmacy told me that I needed to have “synchronized prescription refills” BUT, You cannot use that system for SOME of your prescriptions so you have to call and request a refill ? What? The doctor provided refills- just refill it! Nope, you must call every month and “ask for a refill” This is not only inconvenient, it made me feel like they were testing me to see if I had “called too soon” (their exact words) or “forgot to call so your prescription is expired, you’ll need to go visit your doctor” (aka: obviously you don’t really need that prescription) I was so frustrated! Frequently I would leave that pharmacy thinking “why won’t you just do your job and take my money!” Then, I finally found Graceland Pharmacy. THE BEST pharmacy in town! Graceland Pharmacy fills ALL of my medications every month, on time, no medical history requested, no questioning my doctors intelligence, no making me feel like a scumbag drug head trying to get my medicine “too early” “too late” or “your refills are expired, you need a new script” Graceland Pharmacy is a wonderful, respectful, honest, Christian company and I thank God I found her! Please give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I am so impressed with Graceland Pharmacy, it is such a different experience than dealing with the other Big Pharmacies. The pharmacist at Graceland is friendly and helpful, and always available to answer my questions. You can tell they truly care about you - unlike other Big Pharmacies. They can even deliver if that is more convenient for you, which is wonderful, especially with everything going on now. I will never go back to using Big Pharmacies, and I hope more people will give Graceland a try and support our small local businesses in Land O Lakes!

Graceland pharmacy and medical supply owner and pharmacist is very passionate and dedicated in providing top-notched services to patients and family alike. She always ensure that your prescription is filled within the promised time and let you know it’s ready to be picked up. Additionally, Graceland also provides delivery services for patients with difficulties in mobility. The pharmacist always make sure you understand why you need to take your medication by offering very detailed counseling on the medications and supplies in a confidential manner to ensure you receive the full benefits . Most importantly, the pharmacist always let you feel welcomed by treating everyone with dignity and respect.
