We recently purchased a refrigerator, stove, and microwave from the Wesley Chapel location. Our salesperson was Eric H. he was very professional and knew his product. I would return to purchase something from him again. Nice store good location and very friendly staff.

Went in and purchased a water filter for my GE refrigerator. Also wanted a countertop ice maker. The receptionist did a remarkable job of dispatching my filter. When the receptionist shouted for a sales associate to assist in my purchase of the ice maker all five associates stayed in their chairs. One did point to the location of the ice makers. Unbelievable! Needless to say I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We bought a new Samsung dryer 2 years ago. It had all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately it broke after 2 years. Went looking for a new dryer went to Lowe's and Home Depot too and had to beg to get someone to help me. My dad suggested Famous Tate and found the same dryer that I saw at Lowe's. When everything was said and done it was over $100 cheaper than the same one at Lowe's. They delivered, installed, and removed the old one within the next few days.
The delivery man apologized for being "late", the delivery window was between 11 and 2. They showed up at 12:15 and were gone by the time I had a meeting at 1. I will definitely be heading back there for my future needs.

I recently purchased a new microwave at Famous Tate’s and it was a great experience overall from purchase to delivery to installation. My salesperson (Greg H) was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. The price was great & 2 days later, I had a brand new microwave. Love this place & I highly recommend!

Telesales are friendly, Ashley is amazing, you feel you are the only customer for them, delivery on time, installation is perfect, it's my first experience so I regret buying from Sam or home Depot with their crews who do not care about your satisfaction.
