Wonderful derm NP-C called in script to this place, which is down the street from the office. This is the same place that the head of the dermatology department of the University of Miami uses. Happy so far with the service this place provides.

CUSTOM SCRIPTS PHARMACY is the only pharmacy I will EVER use when it comes to compounding. I had used them numerous times before. However I was treated by a different dermatologist and she used a pharmacy that she’s familiar with. I was very skeptical about this as I had a bad experience before (watery/liquid compounded so called cream) when my doctor used a pharmacy they were familiar with. Well I should have followed my gut instinct and told her to hold off on sending in the Rx to the pharmacy of her choice until I could get home and give her the name of MY PREFERRED pharmacy which is CUSTOM SCRIPTS. The first time the other pharmacy sent out the Rx it was the consistency of water! And it was not packed with care in an envelope with no bubble wrap and it leaked all out because it was like water and the envelope had puncture holes in it. This never ever happened with my go to pharmacy CUSTOM SCRIPTS. I explained this to the technician at the other who tried to say it was a cream. Yeah a watery/liquid like grainy cream in which a drizzle only came out! Ok so I gave them a second chance and again the consistency was not as it should be (runny/watery liquid like consistency) and grainy like. So I called my dermatologist and gave them the information for CUSTOM SCRIPTS PHARMACY. Guess what..... My Rx/cream was perfect! Just as a CREAM should be it was thick not watery/runny/watered down. I will never use any other pharmacy for my compounding needs ever. My order was shipped out immediately and I received it in 1 day. No damaged envelope and the cream was perfect (thick) Thanks Caleb and Melissa and to the entire pharmacy staff! I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone. During my interactions with their team over the phone everyone was always very courteous, friendly, helpful, kind, professional and respectful. Their prices are very reasonable and I never, ever had any problems with my scripts. Oh and I forgot to mention not only did the other pharmacy rip me off by charging me twice the amount for half the size for a 15g pump (that I hate) than what I paid for a 30g tube with CUSTOM SCRIPTS. VERY poor customer service! Instead of looking for a solution to a challenge, they immediately attempt to absolve themselves of responsibility and call the customer a liar. I would MUCH prefer to use a private pharmacy as opposed to the BIG ones... this is NOT it!~. Need some lessons in people skills.

Great customer service. I had an issue with a prescription and the pharmacist handled the issue swiftly and professionally. They treated me as a valued customer with care and respect. They also provide great affordable prices and fast shipping! I saved nearly 70$ by getting my prescription filled as this pharmacy.
