I absolutely love what Kathy did to my hair. I came in with my hair very long and such a mess and looking very shabby since I haven't had work done to my hair since the start of the pandemic. Went to this woman for a perm. The perm was rushed my hair was soaking wet when she put the setting solution on. I walked out with minimal curls the next day the following day and the following day no curls. I’ve had perms my whole life and I’ve never had one like this. I contact her she offered to refer me or refund my money however she was on vacation. I told her we would talk when she got back. I contacted her three days ago told her I was unhappy and I feel that she did not do the perm correctly. She offered again to return my money or re-perm. I told her I would like a refund. She told me it was completely unacceptable that I told her she did the perm wrong and then she blocked my number. Five days later no refund in my checking account.

First time going to her and I loved the whole experience! She is so sweet and welcoming. I never felt my request ignored and she asked before she did anything major. So glad I found her and will definitely make this a regular!

Kathy is amazing. I have had her cut and color my hair twice now and I couldn't be more pleased. Her entire persona is exactly what I have been looking for in a stylist. She obviously is highly skilled in color chemistry and uses many tools and techniques with great knowledge as she provides a very relaxed and client-centered experience. She erased my brassy locks and gave me the ash-blond look I have been asking my prior stylist for over and over again the last 3 years since I moved year but my prior stylist never got it right. I can tell Kathy is an expert at what she does. Her hours are flexible (I got a same day appointment my second time) and she is just a really cool and down to earth person. So very thrilled to now have Kathy in my life. I am very loyal to my hair stylists and deeply respect what they do (this is why I kept giving my last one many chances to get it right). All my research made me think I would have to drive to south Tampa to find someone of this quality and Caliber. I couldn't be more thankful to have been referred to Kathy who is very professional and my ideal hair stylist so close to my home in Wesley Chapel. Highly recommend!

I went for an updated cut and style as my hair had grown out for almost 2 years. Kathy was respectful of my time, kind, and very talented. It's been a few weeks now and my hair still looks amazing, this has been my favorite hair cut in YEARS.
