Made an appointment online for new tires. Picked out the tires, made the appointment online. I left work early for this appointment. I get to the counter, the guy tells me I had to buy the tires online which was not stated online. He then tells me they don’t have them in stock and he has to order them. Complete waste of time. Never have I ever had to pay for tires before they’re installed. Go somewhere else for your tire needs.

Came to have a flat fixed however left with a new set of tires. From check in to leaving was shown great customer service. Manny, Jesse and Angel very kind and helpful. My groceries were taken to a cooler and they even checked me out. Thank you for your help everyone.

i go there to drop off my car for a tire service. the guy at the front desk was very rude and snarky in his tone. i told him i had an appointment for 11, but informed me they don’t do appointments in hour intervals so he was so quick to assume that my appointment was at 10:45. he proceeded to tell me that i was late to my appointment without even checking the system to see the actual time it was scheduled (after checking, it was at 11:30). his tone was just not very friendly and came off as extremely condescending. comparing the way he talked to the man in front of me vs me, it felt so misogynistic. i’m pretty sure his name was john. like please work on the customer service there.

I went into Costco‘s to get four new tires that I had ordered online and set up an appointment for. The day of the appointment everything went well. I only had to wait an hour and a half from my appointment time for my tires to be done. Manny and the other staff was super respectful and quick with my vehicle. Later that evening, I had a check module alert on My BMW stating tires not recognized please contact dealer. After further investigation, the dealership told me that I had to have the tire place who did my tires reprogram my TPMS modules to my car and my Michelin pilot sports QR code for the fault code to clear. So I called Costco, the same day before close Saturday, June 8 around 5:45 PM. The guy just told me yeah sorry about that. Just bring it in and we will take care of it. No mention for an appointment or anything. Fast-forward to June 9 I get there at 10:15-10:30am. The skinny bald guy with a beard was working at the desk and was pretty rude, and acted as if it was my problem that I was misinformed by one of his coworkers to just come on in and have the TPMS sensors corrected, that they messed up on. He had an attitude, and from my side I was being respectful considering the circumstances and my time being wasted. Someone so unpleasant, and incompetent should not be working in the customer service side of things, maybe put him to collecting carts I think he would excel there. Needless to say, I brought my car to BMW anyway to get this issue fixed because I didn’t want this guy anywhere near my car because he is clearly not all there. Other than that no complaints everyone was extremely pleasant besides that baldy we had to deal with. Even though I saved on the tires, I had to pay BMW to fix their mistake so it’s pretty unfortunate.

Scheduled service time at 4:45pm. 6pm my car hasn't even started to get serviced yet, and they will rush it through risking doing a mistake because they were not able to commit with the original schedule time. As a Costco member that's very frustrating.

Costco team and the tire center are awesome. They treat your vehicle like its their own. I have two flat tires and they were able to assist me with the upmost care .

I brought my truck in for a bad tire valve since they are 7nder warranty, it's been 50 min just to see if they can fix it or replace it I asked for an update and the service rep says he doesn't go to ask every 2 minutes. It's been 50 minutes. I don't even know if they can fix it or what the price is. This is the 2nd time I come here and I'd rather pay a bit more elsewhere. Horrible customer service. After 1 hour he come out letting me know they can't find a leak on the tire. Again they don't listen to the instructions. No one said it had a leak. I clearly told them it a tire valve that wasn't me pump it in the tire. One hour wasted.

Tire service is super negligent/careless here, had scratches on the wheel and lost my fancy air caps in tire replacement, soreness to see cheap plastic after service.

I tend to shop here a lot because of the location to where I live, but I must say this is one of the busiest Costco's I've ever been to. No matter the time of day the store stays busy. The lines to check out are always extremely long, with only a few lanes open. Same with the gas station, be prepared to wait.My Number one pet peeve about Costco, if they only except Visa. Or Mastercard debit, only. For such a large conglomerate, the ways to pay, are very limited. And this can be aggravating.I've had a few issues with the produce in the last couple months. It doesn't seem very fresh and is going bad quickly. Costco is very good about the return policy, though it is inconvenient to have to return items in this state. They have a very large selection of items, and tend to get a lot of popular or trending items. Sometimes they have good sales on meat, but I do not see many great deals. I think this is mainly due to the abundance of shoppers, they don't feel the need.

The best of the big wholesale stores as far as quality items. Their Kirkland brand is always the best quality. Their desserts are amazing. Great selection of fruits and vegetable at good prices. Great selection of books and clothing as well. Always super busy and crowded though, so prepare for that. Great selection of wine and alcohol.

Visiting, so not my home Costco. More people were shopping and checkout was faster than i am used to seeing. My husband bought gas; prices were pennies less than the surrounding stations, not the 20 cents we have in Atlanta. Wish i had had more time to shop. Typical price comparison by area.

Costco is an exceptional store for purchasing items in bulk, particularly for everyday household products such as water, toilet paper, and paper towels. Not only that, but they also offer amazing deals on electronics such as televisions, woofers, speakers, and more.The store is always clean, well-organized, and efficiently run by the helpful Costco staff who are always available to assist customers.
