I have a business account with a Chase bank about 5 years. I was very happy with a bank, but this location, every time I visit, is disappointing me. This is the worst Chase location. Employees are always rude and unprofessional.I have never been able to resolve anything from this location. Specially Jedalys Torres Saunders, I don't know why the bank is keeping this girl she is very unprofessional and rude.On one of my visits, I tried to talk to the manager, Yismaldy Larios, about this girl, but she also didn't want to listen at all. Now I understand why this location has so many rude employees.

Timely service, was greeted when we were there and soon our appointment started. Even though the lady was a bit of “know it all” she was willing to help. The staff at the 2 counters was friendly.

They never get things done. We come here and the tellers are never in the front to help long lines… and go back home with nothing done it’s ridiculous.

Walked in at and no teller at the window - multiple times with issues here - they do not put the customer first and makes it hard to bank here

I think Chase is one of the best banks, except some small private banks I had accounts with , today I went to deposit a bunch of checks ( ~15) everything was fine , I was waiting for a woman to process them - when she was done she had to tell me that she did me a favor and stamped my checks , normally she don’t do that , but just so I know next time she won’t do it as the “policy” only allows her to stamp 5 checks …This is a business account and I have employees in different states stopping at the branches and depositing checks 1-10 checks depends. I asked her why it was such a big deal and why she even mentioned it to me as I understand if the branch was super busy or other circumstances- not sure where would we get the stamp - but ok , I can order one , not my employees . I could sign them as an option, but again not my employees . The attitude she gave me was like she did so much for me. When i explained that that is something easy for her to do and she could simply do her job as other workers were just holding their head with one hand ( no other customers were in the bank)- she simply threw me the receipt and that just set me ABLAZE. I don’t expect you to hire only ethical professionals , but even McDonalds employees are more professional . No dress code , just a random sweater, sour faces and throwing me receipt and explaining me that she is lazy to stamp few extra checks. Maybe I over reacted , but this girl was pushing my buttons with every answer ( talk was not loud , but just negatively charged). 0 stars Jay .

My past interactions with this branch were consistently disappointing. While these experiences occurred a couple of years ago, it appears from recent reviews that the same issues persist. I've actively chosen to use other branches for my banking needs, and I sympathize with the reviewer who considered closing their 15-year account due to unprofessional service.

I went to the branch in Wesley Chapel to make a simple cash deposit. The young lady at the window did not acknowledge me continued to count money and sign off on forms just looked up long enough for me to state I wanted to make a deposit. When she finished. How can I help you. Again I stayed I need to make a deposit. She asked for my ATM card. I said I don't have one. She appeared annoyed and proceeded to give me a deposit slip. She slammed her draws and took the cash. Nosily processed the deposit and said under her breath to have a nice day. Won't be banking at this branch again.
