This shop is amazing. The pharmacist was able to explain drug sourcing, explore options, and get pricing that worked for me. Insurance wanted me to pay $1200 for 30 days supply. He was able to find a generic version for out of pocket pricing for under $100.Thank you!

The Pharmacist is amazing and so is his team. I was having trouble finding a prescription in stock, he went above and beyond to help me and took his time to explain how it worked. In addition, he told me about a savings card that I needed to apply for to help with the cost of the medication. He also found me the medication. WOW!I feel like when going to the big chains I feel very much like a number. This pharmacist has empathy and it was a pleasure to work with him. We will be transferring all of our prescriptions to Wesley Chapel Pharmacy.

Everyone at Benzer pharmacy has always treated me with dignity and respect they're the only pharmacy that I'll refer people to. I've been using them since they 1st opened they're really good at calling me to see if I need my meds refilled before they're due that way they're always ready on time in case anything needs to be ordered. The pharmacist really went above and beyond to get my daughter a medication that she very much needs. It meant the world that he listened to me and cared enough to look into my daughter’s situation. It is because of this pharmacist my daughter is doing better. I can’t thank him enough. It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares and he does. His staff is also hard working, diligent, and very kind. We will be life long customers.

This is a privately owned pharmacy and there is no corporate number to call and complain about the pharmacist’s unprofessional behavior. He lied to me multiple times and spoke to me like I was a child and then had the audacity to demand positive feedback! The first lie was he said I could only fill my prescription through him. He claimed he spent a lot of money to get my prescription approved by my insurance. When my insurance requires a 2 question PA for certain medications to be approved. He tried to process my prescription so I couldn’t pick it up at my local pharmacy etc etc the list goes on. I reported him to my insurance.

I went everywhere for a specific medication just to be turned down by everyone. I was referred to Wesley Chapel by my sister and what a game changer!!! Not only they had the medication in stock but they also treated me right. Asked me about other medications and they will make sure they will order more of my regular meds to make sure they have them for my refills. Amazing experience, everything was done by them. They called the other pharmacy and got my orders transferred. Got the meds fill and was out the door in minutes. I highly recommend them!!!!Uribe

Very poor customer service. My wife was lied to and was hung up on multiple times by a man on the phone. They claimed they had the medication only to find out it was not true. A simple prescription filling should have sufficient…unfortunately the customer service or lack of shoukd never be the standard. This place and this man showed very little disregard to my wife’s situation or condition. Very sad.
