Very deceitful company. My husband and I both purchased one year contracts for HRT. Sarah sold us on the fact that if we needed more that it would all be included, which is why we should go with the year plan. She now says it kept of a $499 enrollment fee along with the fact that they wouldn't charge $250 prescription fees and that she never uses that language of how many pellets (an outright lie). We only received 3 and 2 pellet insertions (one which was 6 months apart even though they are supposed to be 3-4 months apart). Blood work for each of us cost over $1,000 ($250+ each time for each of us), they messed up my husband's pellet insertion causing pain and the need for extra therapy by them to try and break it up. The pills that they act have so much value are much cheaper on amazon and at Costco like DIM, which is $20 or less on Amazon, Anastrozole which is $4 at Costco, and NP Thyroid which is under $35 (all using GoodRX). They never answer their phones, the service they use to take messages either never gives them the messages or they don't have the time to call back. I would NEVER recommend going to this place. There are so many better ones out there and NEVER pay upfront for ANYTHING. On top of that, their attitude is awful - they act like if you don't like how they do things then go someplace else - well WE ARE and so should YOU!
