The lady at the register was so rude to me I literally wanted to cry. I simply kindly asked if my printing label looked taped okay and if I could borrow a piece of tape. She said I had to buy a whole roll of tape and it was not her business if the package gets lost. I asked for a receipt and she refused because “she wasn’t taking the package like that” while the drop off box literally has a sign that says that you can ask for a receipt and the only thing “defective” with my package is that the label wasn’t taped all the way through.

I have visited the United States Postal Service (USPS) ten times recently, and each visit has been marked by excellent service. The USPS consistently provides a crucial service in delivering mail and packages across the country, and my experiences have highlighted the reliability and professionalism that characterize their operations.
From the moment I step into a USPS location, I am greeted by a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment. This immediately sets a positive tone for my visit, making it easy to navigate through the different services offered. The layout is intuitive, with clear signage that helps customers find exactly what they need, whether it’s mailing a package, purchasing postage, or accessing a PO Box.
The staff members at each USPS location have been consistently courteous, friendly, and professional. They are always ready to assist with any questions or needs, providing detailed and helpful information about the services available. Whether I am inquiring about shipping options, purchasing stamps, or sending a package, the employees take the time to explain the best options, ensuring that I make informed decisions.
One of the standout features of the USPS is the range of services they offer. During my visits, I have utilized various services, including domestic and international shipping, certified mail, and money orders. The options for different delivery speeds and tracking capabilities provide flexibility and peace of mind, knowing that my mail and packages will reach their destinations safely and on time.
Additionally, the USPS offers convenient tools and resources that enhance the customer experience. The self-service kiosks are particularly useful for quick transactions, allowing me to print postage, buy stamps, and even ship packages without waiting in line. The USPS mobile app and website also provide easy access to tracking information, postal rates, and other essential services, making it simple to manage my mailing needs on the go.
My ten visits to the United States Postal Service have been marked by consistently excellent service. The friendly and professional staff, the clean and organized facilities, and the wide range of services make the USPS a reliable choice for all my mailing and shipping needs. Each visit reinforces my confidence in their ability to deliver high-quality service, ensuring that I will continue to use USPS for my postal needs. If you are looking for a dependable and efficient postal service, I highly recommend visiting your local USPS location.

The younger woman with a name tag Kendra threw my mail at me and refused to mail the rest of my mail for one of the envelopes missing return address. Kendra continued screaming at me while the other worker Ann was helping me mail things.

I received word that my package was marked undeliverable because of an incorrect address, says its "returned to sender". That was a week ago. No return tracking, no info, nothing. That package has sentimental items in it.

Great for stamps and drop offs. Not great if you have to mail a weighed package and are relying on the employee to guide you. Some employees may need more training on what each item is, eg. Large envelope, media mail, package, etc. as one had no clue, and if I was not aware would have overcharged me significantly. Hoping this hasn't happened to other customers.

Ann is such a joy wherever she goes. I tend to go to different post offices delivering things for work, and have seen Ann many times over the years at two different locations. Each time brining the quality and kindness of those locations up to a whole new level. Haverhill wasn’t the same after she left. She brings the joy and helps things run more smoothly. Once I had about 50 packages and my toddlers with me, and she helped streamline the whole process while I watched my kids. I've seen her delegate large groups of people waiting in long lines so they can get out faster. I’ve even seen her decorate the post office on the holidays. Thank you Ann!! I wish every post office had an Ann :)

After leaving the Palms West USPS Location wholly dissatisfied by virtue of the fact that they would not cancel the stamps on the security that I was sending via registered mail, Ann was able to help me at the Forest Hill BLVD Wellington USPS Location. Absolutely masterful, she was informed as to the policies and procedures of canceling stamps, preparing registered mail, and treating me with respect. She was ultra-competent. Helped me send off my envelopes. In addition, I found the other woman Kiana to be very respectful and helpful, too. Cut from the same cloth as Ann, very competent and respectful. I actually witnessed her experience the misfortune of an irate, belligerent bald-headed customer. Very bald. She handled him with class, never becoming disrespectful or losing her composure. It was like watching a masterclass on self-control, where you don’t allow anybody to provoke you to act out of character. Very impressive. Absolutely excellent individuals at this location. Mmmhmm

I patiently waited in line for about 10 minutes and I only had a simple question about which box to use. I only had one question, I did not need to make a transaction yet, or any further difficulties and truly it could have been answered in the time it took to call the next guest. I came in my work uniform, so I’m not sure if I was being judged compared to everyone in polo outfits behind me, however the ladies at the register ignored my wait in line, and kept calling the guests waiting behind me to come to the counter to be helped. I was not acknowledged or asked what I need help with at all. I ended up leaving, and none of the employees cared to notice my confusion and frustration.Additionally, it is very difficult to locate as it’s the middle of the old establishment and maps doesn’t accurately pull up the location.Very frustrating going out of my way to get here, patiently waiting without a bad thing to say, and being ignored.

Didn’t know they still had post offices with employees like this any more. Ann and Kiana were not only fun and a pleasure to deal with, they also did the extra work to repack my shipment to save money. Will be making the trek to this location instead of Jog Rd right next to my house.

I won't come back to this one. Every time I come here they got some sort of excuse not to send off my package that all the other post office services do not say. This time I supposedly using the wrong tape. And to which I use the same tape to tape up all my packages every single timeNo other post office has ever said anything about my tape except this one. Last time I was here which was three four days ago Friday I had 10 different packages. One of them I forgot to put my return address on. So as the girl is weighing out one of my items and I'm putting my address on the box she stopped and tells me I have to move to the back of the line because I cannot write while I'm at the desk with her and made me leave the line. Even though that this post office is directly across the street from me. I will go to the one on Southern Boulevard and 441.
