3 stars as more of their equipment is working compared to the other LA fitnesses around. Losing two, as the locker room is awful, smells of sewage in the shower area, mold and mildew, broken dispensers and lockers, 1 of 3 dispensers had soap at the sinks.

I have not been to this place but am considering joining. Have read all the recent reviews. It concerns me that management always thanks the positive reviewers but never comments on the critical reviews. Management needs to do so, there is evidently room for considerable improvement in cleanliness and possibly security as well.

Joined recently and was surprised that many of the machines are rusting and management has not thought about repairing or repainting them. Overall front desk and staff are welcoming. Hopefully we will see some improvement on the equipment soon

This gym is full of great staff, J.R. in particular is a great salesman who hustled me into a great membership deal and listened to my needs and made them happen. However in spite of his efforts he can only do so much on pricing, I completed my sign up for 35 dollars a month with the benefits of a 55 dollar plan because of J.R.’s generosity. However their competitor, Retro fitness can offer me a better deal without having to change any prices with negotiating which is why I went back to see Alessandra who made my cancellation easy and simple. Nothing but love for LA fitness but does not fit my budget as a broke college student.

Brandi’s classes are the best, she pushes us to the limit making sure we all get a good work. When she’s not available it’s very disappointing to myself and others. I wish we had more classes like Brandi’s @ this Gym. It’s always refreshing to enter the GYM ;JR is so pleasant and easy to ask questions and talk to.

I’ve been coming to this LA FITNESS for 1 year now and I must say this has to be one of the best gym ever. Starting with J.R. The General Manager he’s so pleasant and customer service friendly and the rest of the staff. But the biggest draw to this gym is the Friday Morning Class with Brandi. She will get you moving and having fun. Thank you LA FITNESS!

The gym itself isn’t bad and the staff are all nice but, when my husband and I signed up we were not made aware of the annual fee that would occur 2 weeks after paying the first/last and registration fee.
I wish this information would have been disclosed upon sign up.

Everything is always broken. Nothing ever gets fixed . Dirty , lots of rude people all over the place , stuff not very helpful. Stay clear
