I went there today and the Asian man and woman were very rude to me. The lady walked into the dressing room and started to put my dress on me , mind you I am 16 years old and was very uncomfortable. I asked to try on another dress and she said no and ended up making me try it anyway. I didn't like the dress anymore so I didn't try it on and she got mad at me for not trying it on and wouldn't let me try on anything else. After begging she finally let me try on one more and we didn't like it so she proceeded to ignore us and when I was changing into my normal clothes so I can leave she opened the curtain and tied it up. So rude and inappropriate they need to be fired. The man didn't do too much but he was acting as a rude little sidekick and I was not having it. My mom, my aunt and I were so kind to her and she was just disrespecting and was practically stalking us. She felt like we're waiting time , didn't know what we wanted and ruining the dress so basically she thought we're weren't going to buy anything so that's why she turned on us. My sweet 16 is coming up and I'm so disappointed that they prevented me from getting a dress. We also asked for the return policy and were told no return no exchange so anything you buy there u basically buy at your own risk. To act like this and try to force people to get things and then have a no return policy is absolutely absurd. The dresses were also very expensive so it's like I should be treated like a queen if I'm buying a dress worth that much!! The dresses looked cheap anyway so that's probably why they had cheap attitudes. Ugh the irony!! Anyhow, this place needs to get new owners, fire that woman and man or shut down immediately. What an awful experience I will never go back and continue to share my experience with others so they don't have to go through it. Such a terrible place. And from the other reviews sharing similar experiences especially with the same people I can tell this place is just vile overall.

Nothing like being ignored when you walk in the door and start to try on dresses on your own because they refuse to help you. Then, when you ask to try and address that’s automatic and you get an eye roll and told that it’s not your size. Then take the dress out of your hand and not even acknowledge you when you’re done. Awful service I would not recommend at all. Rude staff and that says it all.

The most unpleasant visit to this store, Very unprofessional, Beware they don't have dresses for you to try on unless you are an extra small, Asked a question and they completely disregarded us, We were shopping for my daughter's 15th birthday dress and she had an awful experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hi, I visited Andrews Bridal Friday 3/31/23. I entered the store to purchase a dress for my senior prom with two of my friends. We viewed the dresses and saw the high prices but still were willing to pay as they were very good quality. We walked around the store and one of my friends found a dress that she wanted a bigger size in. The owner immediately approached the two of them and grabbed the dress from her hands and said she would not fit into anything they had in the store and that the store was “too expensive for your kind”. Racist, disrespectful, and zero size inclusion. Do not bother entering this store with any intentions to buy product. I would never have expected this behavior from the OWNER.

They are terrible rude, disgusting, and disrespectful especially towards women of color…they’ll even body shame you, try to call you poor or say you can’t afford it, don’t shop here at all!!

I had went to this store to buy a prom dress and The Asian lady was very rude with me and my mom because as soon as we walk in the store she is automatically looking at use as if we’re going to steal something.she would pretend to be doing something close to use just to make sure that we weren’t stealing and not only that but when I asked to try something on the asian rude lady looks at me up and down and tells me that they don’t have it in my size and that there to small in a very nasty rude way and to top this all off this is not the first time this lady does this to me or one of my family members I suggest that you don’t waste your time nor money on a store that likes to fat shame you and treat you differently .

If I could give 0 stars I would!! My niece and I went into this store to look for a prom dress, we were being respectful not touching anything to be safe. When my niece noticed a dress she would like to try on, I went to the owner( woman) and asked if she could assist us in getting it to the fitting room. She then said to me " No we won't have your size nothing will fit, you can try to make an appointment" now my niece is perfectly average!!! a size 9 and I specifically picked a dress that was lace up to accommodate her chest. The dress we we're looking at was a size 14... this treatment is unacceptable.

My friend went here to look for a wedding dress and was treated very rudely by the owner. The owner basically told my friend that she wouldn’t be able to find anything in her size (she ended up finding one in store that fit her beautifully). I will never go here because of the treatment that my friend received.

Stay away from this store. The owner lady treats you like she doesn’t need anyones business. She’s incredibly rude aside from looking at you like you’re going to steal a dress & take off. Overpriced dresses which would be ok if she wasn’t so nasty.

I came here to find my dream prom dress days before prom, and was very excited to see their beautiful, big selection. You can tell the owner really takes care of her dresses and she was also very helpful in finding the right size and color for me. I was able to find the perfect dress at a decent price. If I ever need another formal dress I will be coming here first!

The only nice thing about this store are the dresses. The owners are terrible. I was there to buy a junior prom dress for my daughter and the female owner treated me like I was wasting her time. It’s bad enough that the dresses are overpriced and I was willing to pay but to be treated like garbage is not ok. The female owner was acting incredibly racist. If you’re looking for a formal dress DON’T buy from this store. You’re better off going somewhere else. David’s bridal dresses are less expensive and much nicer. And so are the salespeople. Just saying. Very disappointed in Andrew’s bridal.

limited prom dress selection, was followed by a police officer the entire time because im black. rude chinese lady with zero people skills and manners. don’t waste your time.
