The mail delivery that requires a signature ...gets taken back to their facility..I've watched multiple times the mail get dropped off and when I go get the mail ..I see a sorry we missed you tag..But guess what Noone knocked! And then I have to figure out a way to get my package from their facility when I work all week

I went in to mail off a package. Nobody was at the counter for some time, so I stood there awkwardly until an old woman came out. SO INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! I wish I got her name, but I was so appalled by her attitude I just left. Her customer service was absolutely terrible.

Normally great service. Not today, new lady Hope, bad customer service. I helped the gentleman in front of me about a passport more then she did. And then when it was my turn she was ridiculous. Attitude was horrible. So sorry my return label wasn't the sticky kind! Guess what, most aren't! She said I'll let you use my tape even though you should buy it or bring your own (which I have no problem doing) and then said make sure you don't lose my place. (No problem) I used more than one piece and she grab it to take back and said your return label isn't sticky? (Nope) Relax Hope, next time I will bring or purchase anything I need and will make sure it's not from you!!

They wait until 7-8 pm to deliver mail when it’s completely dark. then your packages get stolen and they try to blame you for it. I’ve got on video of my mail person passing up my box and sometimes not checking it at all leaving my letters in there for days at a time. Ridiculous.
