Do not go to Sam’s for tires. Their policies are ridiculous. If your lug nuts make a squeaky sound at all they won’t do the work. Not everyone has brand new polished lugs. If you get tires that are not OEM size even though that is what you already have they won’t install them. A bunch of idiots.

We had a problem with our membership cards. We went into customer service and were assisted by Kamila Esteves. The fix was not easy and took considerable time and patience on the part of Kamila. She was a courteous professional throughout the process. My wife and I said to each other afterwards: "We need to give her a kudos!" Well done, Kamila Esteves.

I spoke with Julia the manager, on duty on September 27, 2018, at 3:38 pm. I asked her if an associate in tires could personally come to the food area where she is waiting for her car. She needed tire work done on the car. She is a Treasurer Coast Senior who has lived here for over 20 years. Ms. Julia assured me that someone from the Automotive Dept would personally tell her when the car is ready. I want to tell everyone The Vero Beach Sam's Club will go above and beyond the extra mile to make sure that their members are truly satisfied with the Sam's Club experience. This is the type of service that assures them that I will always be a member of Sam's Club. If you communicate your needs to them, they will do everything possible to make your visit a positive experience.

Attempted again today to shop at Sam’s Club, Vero Beach. Again, a working mobile cart was unavailable—not one charged. An employee came across the parking lot, returning one. I rode it into the store and shopped a bit before it died. As I struggled to walk out of the store with no purchase, I saw another lady forced to give up her cart because it, too, had died. Attention Manager: You can do better than this!

Being I am disabled, I find it easier to order food and merchandise I need online, to have delivered to my home. I use various online businesses such as Amazon and Walmart for my groceries and products. Recently I decided to order my groceries from Sam's Club because they have some good deals on the products I use. Unfortunately they have failed twice to deliver my weeks worth order of groceries. The first time was we placed a big order for delivery a couple of weeks ago that never showed up at my house. After a 2 days went by, I called the Vero store several times to get assistance in determining what happened to our order. I kept getting put on hold and given the run around by several employees that answered the phone. Then I would be hung up on and I would have to call over and over again determined to get someone to help me. I refused to give up and after about an hour of me calling the store and getting put on hold and disconnected. It felt like it was intentional on the part of the store's employees that kept disrespecting me and did nothing but aggravate the heck out of me. I managed to keep my cool and I never once was hostile or demanding. Finally after an hour of these fun and games I was able to get a person that was willing to look into my situation only to determine that the order was sitting there waiting for pick-up. I explained that my order was set online for delivery and I paid the delivery fee with the order's total cost. The employee then told me that he will set it up to be delivered the following day. The next 24 hours was still a no-show and after 4 days of this aggravating crap I just canceled my order. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I decided to give Sam's Club another chance and we placed another order 3 days ago, again for home delivery. So far the only thing of the $300 order that has been delivered is a case of Mac and Cheese, which just showed up while I am typing this review. I don't understand why it can be so difficult for a big corporation like Sam's to get things delivered to their customers in a timely manner as well as communicating the process or tracking of purchased products for delivery. If Amazon can deliver most merchandise to any where in the country within 12-24 hours, I would like to think that Sam's Club could handle timely deliveries within a 10-20 mile radius of their store. I live 7 miles away. Needless to say I don't think I'll renew my membership unless I can find a reliable Sam,s Club franchise close to my home however after my experience with the Vero south franchise I don't have much confidence that it will be any better at a different Sam's store. Kind of sad, really. Sign of the times I guess.

A mess!Long checkout lines, no plastic bags, prices aren't that great, security checks your purchases when you're leaving like you're a criminal slowing you down even more, parking lot is a disaster, ⛽️ price is .15 cents MORE than other stations. I'm not paying $50 annually to this overrated store anymore. I honestly don't understand the obsession shoppers have with this place ? And the topper is I now have to return to the store (and waste ⛽️) because the chicken salad is overloaded with way too much ?
