Terrible customer service. Purchased a pack of socks on Sunday, wore the first pair on Monday and both socks developed holes on the first use. My wife took the pack of socks back to exchange and the manager told her they wouldn’t return them because they had been “washed and worn, and perhaps your husband pulled them on wrong”. In 40 years, I’ve never had a problem with a pair of socks because of how I “pulled them on”! Whilst this may only be a $10 (on sale) pack of socks, it’s the principle. The lack of customer service and standing behind your product is what’s really sad here. Apparently these were single use socks! Shame on you Adidas, do better.

The manager Serena was amazing! She took the time to explain the products to us. I had so many questions and she was so patient , kind, and has the best personality! Customer service like this does not exist anymore. Wish all customer service was like Serana!
