I was having a lot of issues with my internet not working properly. After spending a lot of time trying to resolve the problems through the Xfinity customer service line I decided to visit this store.
The young man that assisted me ( Taylor) listened attentively to my concerns and assure me he would resolve the problem.
He was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Truly an asset to your organization.

We waited 1hour but we had no appointment and once we were helped it went super fast and easy.
Usually theses things are so stressful but went smoothly.

Can never get a hold of the store directly. You have to deal with the nightmare automated phone service. I'm just trying to find out if they have a product in the physical store! It's so frustrating, I'll just be switching to another ISP.

Seriously, this store was a very very pleasant surprise! The people were knowledgeable had a good sense of humor and made it very easy to handle the business we had there. Didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait at all! Thank you again for making a dreaded visit easy!

If you like to wait this is then this is the place to go ! Tried calling in to cancel my service as I was moving but after a looong time on the phone trying to override the chat function which refused to give me a live agent, I thought I finally had it all figured out .Then, I received an email that they had put it on vacation hold not canceled as clearly requested.Finally, after another long wait, it was resolved. Unfortunately, the process was extremely painful considering such a simple request.

Went to drop off the old modem, which should have been a quick in and out, but because of not being customer oriented, it took over 30 minutes. Walked in, they asked for my name and what was the reason for coming in, and was put on a waiting list. After 30 minutes, I was finally called up for a quick scan of the modem and printed receipt all of less than 2 minutes. Apparently, society has forgotten about K.I.S.S, keep it simple stupid. 2 stars only because as they were not timely, they were courteous and friendly.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The way they treat elderly people who don’t have the technical knowledge is borderline criminal. Because there was an issue with multiple remote controls and the cable box, they charge $100 for a 2 minute visit to get the tv back up and running. Even though the monthly bill is nearly $200. Absolutely disgusting and elder abuse. Can’t wait to go to streaming and get rid of this fraud company. Good riddance

When to drop off my old modem. They took my name and told me to wait because "they had to access my account." When I got called up it took about 30 seconds to scan and print the receipt. I waited 15 minutes for basically no reason.

Horrible. I stopped service December 4. I returned all me equipment. But they kept charging me for service. I got them to stop charging me, but that's not the end. It is now April 15, 2024. They also owe me a refund of $43.00. They keep promising to send a gift card for the refund. They gave me an 800 number to call just for refunds. I have not received anything. Liars. Glad I switched to Frontier, better wi fi service, cheaper. The comcast store staff try to be helpful, but their hands are tied. Don't use this company Xfinity if you have another choice. I will probably have to go to the store again to try to get my refund. Horrible.

Turned in our cable box because we are leaving. They wouldn't let my wife turn it in because my name is on the account. I kinda see their point of view, but she has the same last name and address...
